Watch Liverpool FC Vs. AFC Bournemouth Live Online: Danger Game For Reds Against Promoted Side?
Watch a Barclays Premier League Monday Night Football live online when Liverpool hosts newly promoted Bournemouth at Anfield in a game that could turn into a dangerous matchup for Liverpool if they let their guard down to the side that won the Championship last season to earn their automatic promotion to the top flight.
In their first home fixture of the season, Liverpool could easily be caught looking ahead to a grueling schedule that features matches against Arsenal, Manchester United, Merseyside rivals Everton, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Manchester City — all before the end of November.
But according to Liverpool midfielder and England international Adam Lallana, the club — which fired out of the gates with a hard-fought 1-0 away win over Stoke City — is taking the challenge from the Premier League newcomers seriously.
“No-one on the outside will expect them to get a win,” said Lallana, who started his career in the Cherries’ youth system and played for the team on loan from Southampton eight years ago when Bournemouth languished in England’s third-tier.
“We need to be wary of that and put our stamp on the game in the right way. They’ll be up for it, trying to get their first points on the board. As they’ve just come up, they’ll be anxious to get those points and that could drive them on even more, so it’s going to be a difficult game for us.”

Kickoff time is scheduled for 8 p.m. at Anfield in Liverpool, England — 3 p.m. United States Eastern Time, noon Pacific.
Even though Bournemouth is making its Premier League debut, Liverpool faced them in last year’s League Cup competition, winning 3-1 on the road.
But Bournemouth is not entering the Monday night match happy just to be there. The upstart side is looking for three points from the showdown.
“We played Liverpool in the cup last season and showed them a bit too much respect but we want to play these big teams,” said Bournemouth midfielder Dan Gosling. “The atmosphere will be rocking and Anfield is a great place to play on a Monday night under the lights. All the lads are looking forward to it.”
