WWE Rumors, Spoilers: John Cena’s New Merchandise May Have Given Away The Ending Of His ‘SummerSlam’ Match With Seth Rollins

Just this past Tuesday on Tough Enough, John Cena appeared, broken nose and all, to accept the SummerSlam challenge from Seth Rollins. The two will battle it out in a “Winner Takes All” match for the WWE Title and U.S. Title. Cena also introduced some new merchandise this week, and it honestly may have just spoiled the ending of their match at the Pay-Per-View.

Cena’s new merchandise debuted on Tuesday night, and it’s bright orange and green with “Never Give Up” written on the front. On the back of his new “15X” ring gear, it references the fact that Cena is indeed a 15-time World Champion.

As WrestleZone reported, Cena is expected back this upcoming week for the final Monday Night Raw before SummerSlam. That is where he will debut his new merchandise in the ring, even if he doesn’t wrestle.

Cena’s merchandise speaks on him being a 15-time World Champion, and that is just one away from tying the record of the “Nature Boy” Ric Flair. This is some great new merchandise, but it brings about an interesting scenario for his WWE Title match with Seth Rollins.

This merchandise is brand new and as always, WWE is going to want to profit off it as long as possible. Well, if Cena ends up defeating Rollins next week at SummerSlam, he will be a World Champion for the 16th time.

Now, it could mean absolutely nothing and Cena very well could capture the WWE World Heavyweight Title in a week. What is known though is that the feud between Rollins and Cena is scheduled to last a while so the title change may not happen just yet.

If Cena does win the title, then it would be less than two weeks that his “15x” merchandise has been out on the market, and it would now be a thing of the past. That may not mean much to some people, but there would be no reason to buy it as they would hope for a “16x” shirt or hat.

A week is left until WWE SummerSlam, and there is a lot that is still not known. With that much time though, anything is possible to change and actually could up until the event is over. John Cena’s new merchandise seems to give away the ending of his match with Seth Rollins, but with WWE, you never know.
