Chelsea Houska And Taylor Halbur Chat About Their Ongoing Custody Battles With Adam Lind [VIDEO]

Chelsea Houska has been entangled in a messy custody battle with Adam Lind over their 5-year-old daughter, Aubree, for the last several months, and on Thursday’s new Teem Mom 2, she sits down with Taylor Halbur to discuss the matter.

In a preview clip of the upcoming episode, shared by MTV on YouTube on August 10, Chelsea Houska is seen meeting with Halbur, who also shares a child with Lind.

“I think that it’s good that we, like, go out of our way to get the together,” Chelsea Houska tells Halbur of their decision to keep their daughter in contact.

After the two women begin discussing their ongoing custody battles with Lind, Chelsea Houska reveals she and Lind are due to appear in court in two weeks, while Halbur claims she may try to work out an arrangement with Lind without having to appear in front of a judge.

“We were supposed to go back, but Adam and I had talked a little bit about maybe trying to settle out, just like obviously still have it signed by the judge, and stuff like that, so… But we don’t really know what the terms of that would be, obviously, and I just, I don’t know.”

In previous episodes, Chelsea Houska had been considering a visitation center to ensure her daughter was safe with Lind, but according to Halbur, that may be “too extreme” for herself and Paislee.

“I just think he’s really manipulative, and he’s going to tell you what you want to hear,” Chelsea Houska tells Halbur, who Houska seems to think it being a bit naive about the situation. “You have to remember why this started in the first place.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Chelsea Houska has expressed her concern in Lind’s lies on many occasions, even noting Lind wasn’t afraid to lie on the stand during court. While speaking to MTV News earlier this month, Chelsea Houska said custody battles are the “worst thing” to go through.

“The thought that something could change with how much you have your child is scary.”

“There was just a huge weight on my shoulders because I don’t know what he’s going to say. He could pull anything out of his a**. He isn’t afraid to lie under oath. And I was like worried because I don’t feel like Aubree would have been in the best hands if she would have been with him more, or unsupervised.”
