Andi Dorfman Talks Possibly Dating Ben Higgins Or Ben Zorn
Is former Bachelorette star Andi Dorfman interested in dating another person from the franchise, possibly Ben Higgins or Ben Zorn? In an interview with Wetpaint Entertainment posted on Monday, Andi talked about possibly dating one of the two Bens from Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season of The Bachelorette.
Andi said that she wants someone older than the two Bens, both 26-years-old. “I think they’re a little too young for me,” she said.
As for what she does want, it’s “burly, strong, manly men” who appreciates strong-minded women.
“I want a guy that’s supportive of me and is appreciative that I maybe have some opinions from time to time.”
While the two Bens are too young for Andi, she does want to see one of them handing out the red roses on the next season of The Bachelor. Andi revealed that her choice lies with Ben H.
“I’m hoping it will be Ben H. because I think he’s super adorable. He came off really sweet and genuine. It’s important to have a Bachelor that girls are really going to swoon after.”
In addition to not dating either of the two Bens, Andi also doesn’t plan on dating any of the other men from her season, including runner-up Nick Viall, who returned to the show in pursuit of Kaitlyn Bristowe.
“Nobody from my season, obviously, because I’ve already been there, done that.”
Andi Dorfman, who was called out by Nick on the After the Final Rose special for having sex with him during their overnight fantasy suite date but choosing instead to get engaged to Josh Murray shortly after, wasn’t shy about letting people know what she thought of Nick going after Kaitlyn. She live tweeted all of the episodes. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, when the season finale aired, showing that Kaitlyn sent Nick home mid-proposal in favor of Shawn Booth, Andi tweeted that while she doesn’t care for Nick, she doesn’t want to see anyone suffer from a broken heart.
Andi also likely won’t be giving it another try with Chris Soules, who came in third for her and then went on to star on The Bachelor, where he got engaged to Whitney Bischoff. Like Andi, Chris has since split with his final choice. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Andi recently tweeted that she wants to sign Chris up on a dating website.
As for how she coped with the “very public” breakup with Josh Murray, Andi Dorfman’s fans will get to read all the details next spring, when her book, described as “a diary of a broken heart/anti self-help guide to getting through a breakup” is released. Andi said that her book will be about her post-Bachelorette life.
“Most of the others have been about the show and those experiences, and this was a lot more after the show. It also can reach people that aren’t necessarily fans of the show. It covers a breakup from ‘day one, my life is over,’ to getting on a plane to New York. I don’t think you have to have seen the show to be like, ‘Oh wow, I’ve been through that, too.'”
