Ben Affleck Ring Sighting Stirs Up Rumors Of Jennifer Garner Reunion

Ben Affleck was wearing his wedding ring during an outing with his children on Saturday, and that sighting has stirred up even more rumors about Affleck and Jennifer Garner. According to Daily Mail, Affleck flew out to Atlanta to spend time with his kids on Friday.

The next day, Ben and Jennifer stepped out together with their three kids. The group went to see Inside Out at the movies. Both Ben and Jennifer were spotted with their rings on. The fact that the couple still has their wedding rings on has fans wondering if the couple could work out their issues and reunite their marriage.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner filed for divorce on June 30. At first, the split seemed amicable between the couple. Jennifer even agreed to allow Ben to stay in a guesthouse on their Los Angeles property because she wanted him to stay close to their kids. That offer has been rescinded.

However, as the days passed, reports began to surface of an affair. Rumors circulated that Ben had had an affair with the family’s nanny, Christine Ouzounian. The relationship allegedly began during the couple’s 10-month separation before they finally decided to file for divorce in June. The nanny cared for the couple’s three children, Violet, nine; Seraphina, six; and Samuel, three, since she was hired earlier this year.

Garner fired the nanny after the divorce announcement. Since then, Christine has been staying in a Los Angeles area hotel. Reports have claimed that Ben is footing the hotel bill for the former nanny.

Last month, photos surfaced of Ben and Christine together at his Los Angeles bachelor pad. However, sources are claiming that Christine staged the sighting. She tipped off the press that a meeting was set to take place. As soon as Ben Affleck spotted the photographers, he was furious.

A representative for Ben Affleck has denied the affair rumors completely, and he is seeking legal action because the reports are “complete garbage.” Another source close to Ben Affleck spoke with People Magazine about the affair rumors, and they stood by Affleck.

“[Ben and Christine had] a work relationship and a friendship. There has never been a romantic or sexual relationship. This was not one of the reasons for the breakup. There was no affair during or after [their marriage]. Ben and Jen have been separated for months.”

E! News also shared comments from another source close to Affleck about the rumored affair with Christine. The source said that, “Ben is absolutely not dating anyone. There is nothing physical of romantic between Ben and Christine. Dating is not his focus and it hasn’t been his focus throughout the separation period. He was tired of Jen’s negative energy and constant berating—but that does not mean he cheated.”

However, Christine Ouzounian is reportedly telling her friends that she is in fact in a relationship with Ben Affleck. According to New York Daily News, a source close Christine shared some details about the alleged affair.

“She thinks they’re meant to be together. She says that it’s perfect because the kids love her. I think she really wants it to happen, but at the same time, she’s not crazy — I really do think there is something to the relationship. She’s not the kind of girl who sleeps with someone once and is like, ‘We’re in love.’ She’s not like Isla Fisher in Wedding Crashers — she’s no stage-five clinger. She’s a guys’ girl in a way, but also very sweet — the opposite of Jen (Garner), basically.”

The source also revealed to New York Daily News that the affair is still happening, and Christine thinks Ben will marry her after his divorce from Jennifer Garner is final.

As for Garner, reports surfaced last week that actress is furious with Ben. According to Us Magazine, one source claims that Jennifer Garner learned of the affair before the couple filed for divorce, but the couple’s marriage was “already broken beyond repair. She was disgusted with Ben anyway.”

However, other reports claimed that Jennifer fired the nanny after the divorce was announced to the public on June 30. The Us report revealed that Jen was not taking Ben’s calls or answering his texts. The extent of their communication now is about the children. That report was released before the couple was spotted out together on Saturday.

The Saturday sighting does have fans wondering about the Hollywood couple. Ben and Jennifer met on the set of Daredevil, and they have been married for a decade. Many fans felt that the pair would stay together no matter what. However, that is not the case.

An Us Magazine report revealed that the couple is still wearing their rings in public for their children. A source revealed that, “They feel like they have to be mature adults for their children’s sake and that they will figure out the healthiest way to co-parent. Jennifer is currently in Atlanta filming Miracles from Heaven. She is putting on a strong front as she continues to focus on the couple’s three children. A source shared that, “[Jennifer is] being unbelievably strong for them. They remain her priority.”

With the tabloids continuing to focus on the affair with the nanny, reports in recent days have tried to claim that Christine Ouzounian is pregnant. It is hard to know the true story behind it all with the continued speculation and coverage in the tabloid media.

This summer has been one filled with splits though. Several Hollywood couples announced splits after Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner. Those couples include Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton, Reba McEntire and Narvel Blackstock, and Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale.

Gwen and Gavin announced their split earlier this month, and that split has a nanny affair at the center of it. According to a previous Inquisitr report, Gavin had an affair with the couple’s nanny, and it was the alleged affair that caused Gwen to file for divorce last week. Gavin has denied the affair. However, Gwen is now allegedly fighting Gavin taking half of her fortune by offering him a payout.
