Everyone has dealt with social isolation at some point in their lives, but no one experiences social isolation more than some children with autism. In harmony with this, TV5MONDE USA brings you an incredible documentary entitled Planète Autisme, which examines the latest scientific advances that are helping autistic children deal with social isolation. Retour Aux Sources is another good documentary that tells the story of Laura Flessel, a world champion fencer, as she discusses some of her favorite memories from childhood that have helped her attain success. Le Petit Lieutenant, also known as The Young Lieutenant, is a crime documentary film that follows Antoine, a rookie cop who joins a homicide squad in Paris. The inexperienced policeman has no idea what he is up against in his new, intense job. For help, he relies on a female officer. Viewers will get to see a beautiful relationship develop between this young cop and his new female partner. “Known as one of the most prominent names in the French music industry, Étienne Roda-Gil had an incredible 30-year career having written more than 500 songs before his passing in 2004.
