Kaitlyn Bristowe’s Mom Gets Trashed, Shawn Booth Shares Drunken ‘Mama Bristowe’ Pics On Snapchat
Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe and her fiance Shawn Booth’s post-engagement party continues. The couple has been spending time in Vancouver visiting Kaitlyn’s family after completing their press tour in New York City and a brief visit to Shawn’s hometown of Windsor Locks, Connecticut.
Both Kaitlyn and Shawn have been sharing their travel details on Snapchat, and if the pictures and videos are any indication, the newly engaged couple love to drink and have a good time — and so does Kaitlyn’s mom, who Shawn affectionately calls “Mama Bristowe.”
The drinks have been flowing since they arrived in Vancouver last week. They enjoyed dinner at Kaitlyn’s mother’s home, continued on to a winery, and spent Saturday afternoon on a boating trip with Kaitlyn’s mother and stepfather.
It appears that Mama Bristowe enjoys a good party as much as Kaitlyn and Shawn. On board what appears to be Kaitlyn’s stepfather’s boat, the music was blaring and Kaitlyn’s mom showed off a few crazy dance moves while the boat sped through the water.
Fans may remember Kaitlyn’s mother from her appearance during the hometown dates episode on Chris Soules’ season of the Bachelor. Although she didn’t show off her dance skills to Chris, Kaitlyn did make mention on Twitter that her mother is no stranger to the liquor store.

Both Shawn and Kaitlyn haven’t been shy about their love for partying since the Bachelorette season finale aired two weeks ago. From their cocktail-filled nights with friends and family in New York and Connecticut, to drinking “a few bottles of wine” and crashing a wedding in Vancouver, the reality show stars aren’t holding back with their celebrations.

During a recent interview with E! Online (video below), the couple admitted that they “don’t work” and they plan to be “chill” and enjoy time visiting friends and family. Other than Kaitlyn’s interest in joining Dancing with the Stars and Shawn giving the thumbs up to a possible TV wedding, they don’t seem to have any specific goals in mind other than partying and traveling.
“We’re just chill. We’re going to do what we want to do when we want to do it.”
When they are done partying with Mama Bristowe in Vancouver, the couple plans to travel to Nashville. Shawn moved to Tennessee a year ago, where he worked as a loss control consultant at a Nashville insurance company before he was cast as a contestant on the Bachelorette. He reportedly resigned from the company with this letter right before filming started in L.A.
What Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth will do when they are done celebrating their engagement is unknown, but there is no doubt that they will continue to share their wild post-reality show journey on social media.
