‘Days Of Our Lives’ Teasers: Murder Mystery Ahead In Salem [Spoilers]

Days of Our Lives spoilers are teasing that there is trouble ahead for many Salem residents. The buzz is that a serial killer will be wrecking havoc around town and some key characters may be at risk. What is the scoop known so far?

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the serial killer storyline will begin later in August. Things will ramp up throughout the fall and the big payoff apparently will come during November sweeps when the show’s 50th anniversary is celebrated. There’s already plenty of speculation about who may be killed off in this storyline, but so far nobody knows much for certain.

Previous Days of Our Lives spoilers have detailed that many familiar faces will return to Salem for this big show anniversary. Alison Sweeney will be returning to the character of Sami Brady for a bit, and Peter Reckell is coming back as Bo Brady.

Freddie Smith is leaving the role of Sonny, and it seems some are speculating that Guy Wilson may depart the role of Will as well. Viewers have seen Chloe back as well and there will be more comings and goings in the months ahead as well.

Are any of those characters involved in the upcoming serial killer storyline though? Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Clyde may be one victim, and it seems Paige could be at risk as well.

There’s been a lot of talk swirling that Daniel Cosgrove is leaving the role of Aiden Jennings soon, as We Love Soaps has shared. Many are guessing that Aiden will figure into this big killer storyline in some significant way, but little more is known at this point.

Just how brutal will this murder rampage be? As Soap Central reports, at least three characters will be killed off in this storyline. It seems that fans should brace themselves that these could be significant deaths, potentially including some fan favorites. The big killer reveal is said to be coming on the show’s official anniversary, November 8.

In addition to Alison Sweeney and Peter Reckell returning, others coming back throughout this big anniversary season include Stephen Nichols, Martha Madison, Thaao Penghlis, Tamara Braun, and more.
