Sneak Peek: Jenelle Evans Tells Barbara Evans She’s A Grandparent And That’s ‘All You’ll Ever Be’ On ‘Teen Mom 2’

In a sneak peek at tonight’s Teen Mom 2, Jenelle Evans and her mother, Barbara, are seen in a heated argument about Jenelle’s son Jace, who Barbara has been caring for since just after his birth.

“I want to know how come some weekends it’s OK for me to have him, but then the second you get pissed off, you hold him from me. What is that?” Jenelle asks her mom in a sneak peek at tonight’s new episode, shared by Wetpaint Entertainment on August 5.

As the sneak peek continues, Barbara tries to defuse the situation.

“I don’t want to hear about this,” Barbara tells her daughter, adding that because of Jenelle’s recent custody filing, she won’t be seeing Jace.

Unfortunately, Jenelle doesn’t take the news well, understandably so, and immediately takes shots at her mother, who gained full custody of Jace shortly after he was born six years ago.

“You know what, f–k you, dude. I’m so done with you. When I get custody of Jace back, you will not see him for as long as you f—ing held him from me for. I’m done with this, you’re a f–ing grandparent and that’s all you’ll ever be.”

Jenelle continues on in the sneak peek, telling her mother she’ll likely regain custody of Jace when their case goes to court, because she is now able to support her son.

“Go ahead get a lawyer, ’cause guess what, sweetheart, I’m gonna test clean if you say I do drugs … I’m gonna graduate.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Jenelle filed for custody of Jace last year, after Barbara allegedly kept him from her during the holidays. In an interview with OK! Magazine months later, Jenelle explained her thoughts going into what could turn out to be a messy court battle.

“Back around Christmas time, [Barbara Evans] was just… Me and Nathan, we were kind of arguing a lot, but she was still keeping Jace away from me even if I was like, ‘Well, what if I don’t have Nathan there?’ She’s like, ‘No, absolutely not.’ This went on for like a month and I was like, ‘Alright, that’s it. I’m done. You’re not keeping him from me any longer.’ So then I went and pursued custody because I was just fed up.”
