‘Real Housewives’ Kim Richards Is ‘Not Talking To Her Sisters’ Kyle And Kathy Hilton, ‘Jumping House’ With Nowhere To Live [Report]
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards is reportedly estranged from her sisters, Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton. Although Kim and Kyle’s relationship has been strained for the last several months, news of her losing touch with Hilton is brand new. In fact, up until recently, Richards was believed to have been living with Hilton and her husband, Rick.
According to an E! News report on August 4, one source claimed the Real Housewives star “is not talking to her sisters and many friends,” and has “nowhere to live.” While Richards may not be living out of her car, as previously claimed, the source said she was doing a “jumping house” thing until she finds a permanent place to live. Another insider told E! News that Richards “doesn’t own a car and relies heavily on Uber,” a car service popular in many large cities, Los Angeles included.
Last month, after the Real Housewives star completed a 30-day treatment program, her ex-husband, Monty Brinson, spoke out, claiming she had 38 days clean. However, according to E! News, many members of Richards’ inner circle have doubted her sobriety in recent weeks.
“There are people in the family who wish she had stayed in rehab longer. They weren’t happy she chose to leave early.”
Added another insider, “Stealing is just so out of character for her under normal circumstances.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, the Real Housewives star’s family is said to be considering a 5150 psychiatric hold for the troubled mother of four. Although it is unclear whether or not a hospital would approve such a thing for a 50-year-old woman, a source told Radar Online they are convinced they need to do something drastic.
“The [Richards family] believes that Kim has three options: 1. She goes back to rehab. 2. She’s put on a 5150 hold. 3. She could end up hospitalized from alcohol poisoning or pill overdose.”
The family also questioned how the Real Housewives star reportedly ended up penniless, despite her success as a child actor and marriage to the son of a billionaire, which resulted in two children.
“She sells her part of the house their mom left them to Kyle because she’s broke, then she resents Kyle for it. It is too much for the family to take. Her daughters all married men who are now multi-millionaires; her nieces are MEGA rich – and she’s stealing from Target?? Then blames everyone else? [The Richards family] doesn’t know what to do anymore. It’s incredible.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 6 is currently in production. Richards will not be included in the show.
