Justin Bieber Performs With Jack Ü In Headline Set At Hard Summer Music Festival
It was all eyes on Justin Bieber when he and Jack Ü’s Skrillex and Diplo performed their single “Where Are Ü Now,” to close the final night of the HARD Summer Music Festival in Pomona, California, on Sunday night.
A Metallica T-shirt-clad Justin Bieber wasn’t the only artist to take the stage with the EMD titans. The duo also brought out Chaelincl (a.k.a. CL), Aluna George, and rapper 2 Chainz, who featured on the Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack Ü album.
Hours before Jack Ü and the Biebs rocked the stage, Diplo tweeted a heads up that they would be playing the HARD summer music festival. He teased, “Hardfest tonight JACK Ü + a lot of special guests.”
Meanwhile, Justin hinted with, “It’s a hard summer @Skrillex @diplo.”

The annual two-day festival has grown since its inaugural 2007, and this year reportedly attracted 65,000 each day. It is now seen as the biggest music festival of its kind in Los Angeles County. Day 1 drew The Chemical Brothers, Dillon Francis, and The Weeknd as headliners on the main stage. Artists including Rae Sremmurd, Years & Years, Alesia, Die Antwoord, Fetty Wap, iLoveMakonnen and more also played.
Videos and social media posts from some of those who attended last night reveal Skrillex, Diplo, and Bieber thrilled the crowd with their energetic rendition of their banger to wrap up the event.

Tomfoolery before the show.
Bieber sang mostly live at the festival, and walked out on stage to deafening screams from the audience.
After the show, Bieber took to Twitter, writing, “Good times boys. Thank you La. @Skrillex @diplo #hardfest.” Over on Diplo’s timeline, the producer-DJ posted a message thanking the artists who shared Jack Ü’s stage.
After the fun at HARD, Bieber and his group swung by the W hotel in West Hollywood on a regular Jazz night, and even played drums at one point.
“Love jazz,” the singer later tweeted. Busy night.
