Subway Associate Texted With Jared About Sex With 16-Year-Old
The FBI has subpoenaed text messages between an unnamed female Subway franchisee and Subway spokesman Jared Fogle in the investigation into lewd behavior with a child, child pornography, and a discussion about paying a 16-year-old for sex.
As reported in the Inquisitr, Jared Fogle was suspended by Subway amidst the investigation into child pornography in Fogle’s home, which he used for his foundation and for his work with Subway.
“Subway and Jared Fogle have mutually agreed to suspend their relationship due to the current investigation,” the company announced. “Jared continues to cooperate with authorities, and he expects no actions to be forthcoming.”

The information leaked after the now ex-franchisee’s lawyer reviewed subpoenaed materials about the woman advertising herself for sex on Craigslist and asking the woman to arrange a time for him to meet with her 16-year-old cousin. The texts also have a quote where the woman asks if Craigslist is where he found a 16-year-old for sex for $100.
He replied, “It was amazing!”
While Mediaite reports that the age of consent in Indiana is 16, the text conversation “raised flags with the FBI” amidst the child pornography investigation with Fogle’s associate.

Business Insider has published transcripts of much of the conversation.
“When can we find a time for me to talk to your cousin?” Fogle asks in a message dated May 1, 2008.
“Any more news with your cousin?” he asks the following day. “Tell me what u think about when u think of the three of us all together???”
Earlier, in April, according to the affidavit, Fogle asked the woman, “How young would you like?… Would you want to have an adventure like that?”
On June 19, the lawyer says that Fogle again asked the woman to advertise herself on Craigslist.
She responds, “Is this the same website you found that 16 year old girl you that you f*****?…I still can’t believe you only paid $100 for her.”
Fogle responds, “It was amazing!!!!”
She asks, “What part of her ad made you think she was selling sex?”
He says, “U will have to read them to see.”
Former Subway spokeman Jared Fogle’s former employee Russell Taylor also figures into this newly released information, according to the Daily Mail. The new allegations not only implicate Taylor in child pornography, but newly released texts reveal that Taylor inquired about having sex with two women and a horse that one of the unnamed women was boarding at her house.
This story is breaking, so stay tuned.
