Taylor Swift is reportedly being harassed by the clothing brand Lucky 13 . The California-based company wants photographic and video evidence of the singer’s breasts and butt – but only for legal reasons, of course.
Robert Kloetzly of Lucky 13 is suing Taylor Swift for copyright infringement. The clothing brand owner requested nude photos of Swift that require that her “breasts are at least partially visible” and her “buttocks are at least partially visible,” according to the court papers.
So, why is he suing Taylor Swift , of all people? He went after the singer after she started selling T-Shirts and greeting cards that feature the Lucky 13 on a shamrock. Swift’s favorite number is 13 since she was born on Dec. 13, 1989.
According to Kloetzly, the singer copied the alternative brand that he launched in 1991. And, in doing so, she has “confused” his consumers. He claims that Swift is going after the same demographic who buys his clothing and accessories.
“One of their positions is that the demographics are very different and that the edgy-looking image and the models we use for the Lucky 13 brand are not congruent with Miss Swift’s image. Unfortunately we’re being forced to counter that by showing that in her public appearances she is transitioning towards a more adult, alternative demographic.”
Robert wants photos and videos of Taylor “wearing lingerie or attire procured from an adult or sex shop.” The singer reportedly made a large purchase at a sex shop for the costumes in her “Bad Blood” video. According to Taylor’s team, Robert’s lawyers are “harassing” the pop star with legal requests for nude photos and other “irrelevant material.”
Kloeztly’s lawyer, Gary Rinkerman, didn’t respond to the media when asked why his client is asking for lewd photos of Swift. He did tell the Daily Mail that Swift’s accusations of harassment is just “typical legal rhetoric” that lawyers will use when avoiding material that damage their case.
This isn’t the first time that Taylor has been allegedly harassed over nude photos. Earlier this year, the singer’s Instagram and Twitter accounts were hacked , and then the hackers claimed to have nude photos of the 25-year-old. They even threatened to release them unless Taylor’s fans paid three bitcoins, which cost $800.
Swift quickly reclaimed her Twitter and Instagram accounts and revealed that the hackers don’t have any nude photos of hers.
Cause the hackers gonna hack, hack, hack, hack, hack…

Back in 2011, a website called Celeb Jihad posted a topless photo of a young girl who supposedly looked like Taylor herself. Her legal team reportedly threatened to sue for trademark infringement. A report on TMZ stated that the website contained “false pornographic images and false ‘news”’ about Taylor.
Taylor Swift may be America’s Sweetheart, but that won’t stop people from attending to get their hands on titillating photos of the singer. Neither Swift nor her reps have responded to this latest lawsuit.
