Kyle Richards Lawsuit Update: Did ‘RHOBH’ Star Really Sue Brandi Glanville? She Requests Lie Detector
Is Kyle Richards really suing her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Brandi Glanville? Weeks ago on Twitter, Glanville alleged she had received a letter of cease and desist from Kyle Richards, requesting she stop talking about her publicly. While Kyle Richards has yet to confirm or deny Glanville’s claims, Glanville recently spoke of her plan of attack in the potential suit, telling a fan on Twitter she would be requesting a lie detector test.

Kyle Richards was targeted by Glanville on Twitter after Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills concluded. In a series of tweets, Glanville made several allegations against Kyle Richards, claiming she exposed her sister’s, Kim’s, sobriety on the Bravo reality show, and alleging her husband crossed Kathy Hilton’s husband during a business deal.
Days later, Glanville took to Twitter, where she slammed her co-star for threatening to take legal action against her, when the terms of her contract reportedly prevented her from doing so. That didn’t, however, stop Glanville from continuing to talk about Kyle Richards. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Glanville discussed her co-star during her latest column for Australia’s NW Magazine. Below is what she said.
“Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump have been going on and on … But the thing is, I wasn’t fired! They’re sat on their high horse talking shit about me. That’s why I went on a little Twitter rant, to the point that I got a ‘cease and desist’ letter from Kyle. That was a fun week. I was like, ‘Really?’ You’re not allowed to sue your cast mates, but that’s all they ever try and do. They know that’s the one thing I can’t and won’t spend money on.”
After hearing what Glanville had to say about Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump, her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Taylor Armstrong, spoke out on Twitter.

Since leaving her full-time role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Armstrong has maintained a friendship with Richards, as well as a number of her other co-stars.
Kyle Richards has been filming The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6 for the past few weeks.
