Judd Apatow Calls Donald Trump A ‘Crazy Girl From The Bachelor’
Donald Trump’s presidential campaign has been the subject of controversy, and many people have offered their opinions on the subject. One of them is Trainwreck director, Judd Apatow, who described Donald Trump as a “crazy girl on The Bachelor,” RollingStone reports.
“I really do believe that Donald Trump is the crazy girl on The Bachelor that you don’t want to get kicked off too early because they’re fun to watch, but you pray that they will not win.”
That’s not all Apatow said. He also said that Donald Trump’s campaign is a means of staying in the spotlight, which is a big distraction.
“I think we should have people who really care about running the country. And I don’t feel like he really believes it’s going to happen.”
As of this writing, Donald Trump hasn’t responded to Judd Apatow’s description of him. Apatow is known for speaking his mind on certain topics, and he certainly let everyone know how he feels towards the Bill Cosby rape allegations.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Apatow took to Twitter in December 2014 to question Centre in the Square in Ontario, Canada if they were really allowing Bill Cosby to perform in the venue. Several Cosby fans jumped to his defense and asked why Apatow was “obsessing” over Cosby.
“I guess it’s because guys who rape a lot aren’t cool. I always wonder why some people try so hard to not believe women who have been assaulted. What is the root of that?”
Judd Apatow didn’t stop there. On Monday, the director appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and showed his stand-up skills once again (after 23 years) on stage by impersonating Bill Cosby. You can view the full segment video below.
In other news, Apatow’s movie Trainwreck, starring Amy Schumer and Bill Hader, are getting good reviews. However, the stars of the movie can’t help but be sad about the news of a shooting in a Louisiana movie theater that was screening the movie, as reported by NBC News.
