Ryan Vieth Arrested After Domestic Incident Involving Fiancé Sarah Rodriguez, Tamra Barney Is ‘Devastated’ And ‘Embarrassed’ [Report]

Ryan Vieth was arrested last month after an alleged altercation with his fiancee, Sarah Rodriguez, who gave birth to his first child just months ago. According to a July 20 report by Radar Online, Ryan Vieth engaged in an alleged drunken altercation with Rodriguez on June 28, around the time his Real Housewives of Orange County star mom, Tamra Barney, was enjoying her honeymoon with husband Eddie Judge.

The Orange County Sheriff Department claimed Rodriguez called 911 from a friend’s house after she and Ryan Vieth’s reported altercation led her to believe her finger had been broken. The report also claimed Ryan Vieth was drunk and shirtless when he allegedly hit the victim.

At the time of the 911 call, Ryan Vieth’s fiancee claimed she couldn’t reveal too many details regarding the incident because her 5-year-old daughter was with her. She then claimed her 5-month-old daughter, Ava Ryan, was with her father, Ryan Vieth, in their home, along with several firearms.

Ryan Vieth was booked early the next morning and released from custody around 2 p.m. that day.

“Just months after losing joint physical custody of her 16-year old daughter Sidney Barney to ex-husband Simon, Tamra’s world is falling apart. Tamra is devastated and embarrassed by the arrest. I’m sure when Simon finds out about [Ryan Vieth]’s arrest he is going to have a good chuckle over it and chalk it all up to Karma.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Ryan Vieth recently returned to Orange County after living hours away from mother Barney for an extended period of time. During an interview with OK! Magazine months later, Barney expressed her excitement in having her oldest child back home once again.

“It’s the weirdest thing in the entire world. Ava Ryan is my son’s first kid. I had no idea that I’d be a grandma and she’s amazing and beautiful. I see her almost every single day, they now live in Orange County and are five minutes from me. It’s the most amazing thing in the entire world.”

Ryan Vieth’s fiancee, Rodriguez, is the mother of four girls. Vieth, however, has just one child.

So far, no further details about Rodriguez’s injuries have been released, and it remains unclear whether or not the couple is still together after the fight.
