Jessica Simpson White Swimsuit Flaunts Low-Carb Weight Loss, & Trainer Harley Pasternak Shares Slim Secrets [Photos]
Jessica Simpson wore white swimsuit that wowed, flaunting her newly slim figure throughout her lengthy celebration of turning 35. During a two week-long holiday in St. Bart’s, Jessica demonstrated through clinging clothes choices that the weight she lost has not dared to return, reported Us Weekly.
Simpson flaunted her fit and fab figure in a white swimsuit that showed off her whittled waistline and gorgeous gams. She shared just how she felt in a Pamela Anderson Baywatch-babe-style photo on Instagram.
“Vacation vibes,” wrote Simpson of her white swimsuit-clad sleek physique.
And the loving mom of two never neglects showing off her two cute kids. Little Maxwell and Ace did a splishy-splashy game in a pool.
“Water Toddlers,” wrote Jessica.

Jessica joined her fave friends, Lauren Harrison and Stephanie Pearson, for the vacation. The BFFs rode jet skis, took to paddle boards, climbed onto yachts, played on Nikki Beach, and had a holiday to remember.
So, what’s the secret of Simpson’s body? White swimsuits are notorious for showing off every inch of the body without any help from camouflage, but thanks to her secret weapon, celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, Jessica has tossed out the mom jeans and slipped on the bathing suits.
Pasternak is a believer in a variety of exercise, including twice-weekly lower body exercises. He suggests hamstring curls, skater lunges, and walking lunges.
Harley, who also trains Halle Berry and Lady Gaga, advocates being diligent with the diet. He’s the author of The Body Reset Diet and 5 Pounds: The Breakthrough 5-Day Plan to Jump-Start Rapid Weight Loss.
Pasternak helped Jessica to lose the weight by teaching Simpson about the importance of cutting out empty carbohydrates, reported People.
“If your diet is heavy on white bread, chips, soda and other high-carb, high-sugar foods and snacks, chances are you aren’t getting enough lean protein or fiber. Both are key to satiety, that feeling of being comfortably full,” explains Harley.
To tame your appetite, Pasternak emphasizes the importance of filling up on lean protein rather than junk food.
“Eat lean protein at every meal (and snack) and see that your carbs come primarily from fiber-rich vegetables, fruit and whole grains. Ditch the sugary, starchy junk foods and concentrate on real whole foods and you’ll curb your appetite.”
In addition, Harley recommends eating small meals throughout the day to avoid temptation from sudden energy drops. And don’t forget protein at breakfast, says Pasternak.
“Make protein an integral component of your morning meal. Try a quick egg white omelet or a smoothie with protein like yogurt,” suggests Jessica’s trainer.
As the Inquisitr reported, Harley advises eating before you go to a party.
“Never go to a seasonal event with an empty stomach,” cautions Pasternak.
Then when you’ve gotten your party platter to fill with goodies, make friends with the vegetables. Pile your platter high with raw broccoli, zucchini slices, and cute little carrots. After that, emphasize high protein, low-carb diet food by heading straight to the protein section, advises Pasternak.
“Then load up on a lean protein like roasted turkey, ham, or a lean cut of brisket. The idea is that you fill up on that stuff so you don’t go overboard with the potatoes and breads.”
