Nick Viall Had Hoped Britt Would Be Next ‘Bachelorette’: Shocking New Details Revealed

Nick Viall is once again a finalist on The Bachelorette, and it sounds like many women feel that he is saying all of the right things at the right time. Kaitlyn Bristowe clearly fell for his comments that he wanted all of her and wanted to make babies with her. Plus, Nick could always convince her to keep him around, even though she was getting plenty of warnings from other suitors about him.

It is no secret that Nick Viall really wanted to date Kaitlyn, which is why he showed up on a group date. Prior to the show airing, rumors were swirling that Nick and Kaitlyn had been tweeting one another. And now, details of that brief romance is proving that things were much more than an innocent flirt.

According to a new E! Online report, Nick Viall had supposedly hoped that Britt Nilsson would have been chosen as the next Bachelorette. But, this has nothing to do with his stint on the show. In other words, he would never have pursued Britt on The Bachelorette. Instead, Viall would have been there waiting for Kaitlyn once she was sent home.

“He was reluctant. He was hoping Britt would be picked as the Bachelorette so that Kaitlyn could come home and they could pick up where they left off. But once Kaitlyn became Bachelorette, Nick put a call into production. He didn’t want to give up on her. He was willing to risk it all,” a source close to Nick Viall has revealed.

Nick Viall introduced himself as a friend after she was sent home on Chris Soules’ season of the show. Maybe Nick had no idea that she was being considered for the upcoming season of the show.

“They had both been on the show and they bonded over that mutual experience. But it soon took a romantic turn. They never met in person before the show, but they were talking, texting and FaceTiming for hours at a time from late February to early March. It would sometimes go on until the middle of the night,” the source adds.

But maybe Bristowe didn’t feel secure in their flirt to drop the entire Bachelorette experience. She chose to film the show, knowing that Nick Viall was interested in her. And yet, she gave Viall encouragement to come find her on the show.

“She told him she was hoping he’d surprise her on the show. She said it in a joking way, but I think she was serious. She told her friends she was hoping he’d do it,” a source close to her reveals.

According to the Inquisitr, he is being considered for the next season, so it is possible they have broken up already.
