Zayn Malik’s ‘No Type’ Music Video Leaks Amid Naughty Boy Feud
Zayn Malik is in a nasty Twitter feud with Naughty Boy. His former music producer recently leaked his new music video for his song “No Type.” Malik wasn’t happy with the way Naughty Boy treated his solo career, so he decided to ditch him.
The 22-year-old singer slammed the music producer after Naughty Boy leaked an unfinished music video to Snapchat on Sunday, July 13. The clip is from Malik’s new music video for the song “No Type.” It’s a cover of Rae Sremmurd’s hit song. The video shows Malik singing with hip-hop duo Krept & Konan at a piano.
The video is shown in a black-and-white filter. It has a dramatic and moody look at Zayn singing along with the rap duo. Krept said that he wouldn’t leak the video, but it still somehow ended up on Snapchat for everyone to see.
Zayn was not happy about the music video leak. He wanted his fans to know that he was ditching Naughty Boy. The former One Direction crooner also resorted to fat-shaming jokes, as previously reported via the Inquisitr. Zayn tweeted: “@NaughtBoyMusic you fat joke stop pretending we’re friends. No one knows you.”
That wasn’t all that the aspiring solo artist said. Malik tweeted about an hour later: “Someone learned how to upload a video maybe now he should learn how to use logic ha you ain’t s**t but a faker.”
Zayn shouldn’t be too mad about the music video leak. Some think that the singer looks and sounds great in the video. It’s been unconfirmed as to whether or not the cover song will be Zayn’s first official single. It looks like Zayn’s solo career is off to a bad start, as he’ll have to scramble around and look for a new producer.

Meanwhile, Directioners are thinking that Malik’s private accounts were hacked, causing the video to leak. Naughty Boy hasn’t responded directly to Malik’s tweets. Instead, he’s been writing cryptic messages on Twitter. Malik’s recent Twitter outburst caused the hashtag #ZAYNHASNOCHILL to trend worldwide on Monday morning, July 13. It looks like his online antics aren’t helping his struggling solo career.
This isn’t the first time that Naughty Boy or Zayn has gotten in trouble on Twitter. Both guys have had online feuds with One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson. The four remaining guys in the boy band are doing fine as they performed in the U.S. last week and worked on their fifth studio album.
