Jennie Garth of Beverly Hills, 90210 fame is now married to David Abrams. The actress wed in California on Saturday, reported E News .
“It was the perfect night,” they summed up. “We are so happy to have our family and friends surrounding us on this special occasion!”
Jennie has three children, fathered by her ex-husband Peter Facinelli, and they were a very important part of Garth’s wedding. She revealed that her wedding dress for her marriage to Abrams fulfilled the 90210 actress’ fashion dreams.
“Yes, they are my wedding party. Period,” Jennie revealed about her kids. “And then I’m working with a really amazing designer, I’m so excited.”
Garth’s proposal from Abrams occurred soon after her 43rd birthday.
“Dave had been working on this for months, and really wanted to plan something special for her around her birthday and make it perfect,” shared an insider.
Jennie chose to marry in a very special, very private location. Garth and Abrams became husband and wife on her own ranch in Los Olivos, Calif., reported Us Weekly .
Beverly Hills, 90210 BFF Tori Spelling, Mystery Girls costar Miguel Pinzon, and designer Erik Rudy also joined the wedding party.
Bedazzling with flowers in her gown, Jennie matched her little girls’ flower crowns. The youngest, Fiona, is eight, while 12-year-old Lola and 17-year-old Luca also dressed up to share in Garth’s joy as she tied the knot with Abrams.
The 90210 actress had her ceremony outside, made extra-special with swan floats on the pool. As Jennie and David read the vows that they had written on their own, Garth became emotional, said an observer.
“Jennie switched off between laughing and getting teary eyed as David said his. When they kissed and were pronounced husband and wife, everyone screamed and cheered.”
Abrams hugged the little girls, making it clear that they are now members of his family.
“David was so good with all of them,” said the eyewitness. “At one point, he picked up Fiona and was holding her while they took pictures. He was very loving and sweet with her.”
As the Inquisitr reported, Jennie and her BFF Tori recently were touted as possible new members of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills dream team. While it would give both actresses more visibility, some former fans of Spelling have expressed annoyance at her product promos on social media.
“Her product endorsements are backfiring for me. I’m at the point now where I won’t buy anything [Tori is] pushing because I feel the company is desperate because the product can’t hold it’s own[sic],” wrote one.
