Nicky Hilton’s Wedding Day Wardrobe Malfunction: See Both Here! [Video]

Blushing bride Nicky Hilton blushed even more at her wedding to James Rothschild when she suffered a wardrobe malfunction before entering Kensington Palace. Hilton’s Family and friends were on hand to assist with her wardrobe malfunction when Nicky’s veil, which spanned the entire length of her dress, caught on the wheel of her Bentley. No damage was done to the delicate lace veil, reports E! News.

Nicky’s dress was by Valentino, and Hilton looked gorgeous as she carried an all white bouquet, and as previously reported by the Inquistr, Nicky Hilton’s dress cost over $77,000. Unfortunately, Nicky had a second wardrobe malfunction, reports the Mirror, when Hilton accidentally hitched the dress up a little to high, and revealed her bridal lingerie, her panties to be exact, proving that something can go wrong even in a story book wedding.

Thankfully, there were no other oops! moments for Nicky Hilton at the wedding after the wardrobe malfunction.

Nicky Hilton’s family is reportedly thrilled with her choice of a husband. There was no word whether Paris Hilton assisted during the wardrobe malfunction, but she had a lot to say about her new brother in law.

“I am so happy for my sister because he’s an amazing man and he loves her so much,” Hilton gushed about Nicky’s intended. “He’s loyal and loving. I know that they’re going to be together forever and make the perfect couple.”

During an interview in June, Hilton also had glowing words about her new in-laws, reports E! News.

“I have already met his mother and his sister and they’re so sweet,” Hilton said. “[His sister] Kate actually just emailed me last night and sent me this YouTube video of this 3D hologram that a DJ is using in Asia and she’s like, ‘You need to do this for your live shows.’ She’s also going to connect me to someone to help make a hologram for my shows. She always has great ideas. She is an awesome sister-in-law.”

Nicky Hilton gushed about her wedding dress and said in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar that she always wanted a Valentino.

“Ever since I was a little girl I wanted Valentino to design my wedding dress. Valentino is the definition of timeless elegance, I don’t think there’s another couture house like it. I went through every look from their collections over the last 10 years. I studied the archives, and I just sent notes about details I liked—a certain sleeve, a high neckline.”

Even though the wardrobe malfunction must have given Nicky Hilton a little bit of heartburn on her wedding day, it seems everyone said “I do” at the right time!
