Britney Spears is flexible as well as a fabulous singer. And to show off how she got that bendy beauty, Britney shared her favorite yoga pose on social media, reported E! News .
In addition to yoga, Spears has become famed for her dance skills. Put them together, and you’ve got a flexible body that can bend it like Beckham.
Currently immersed in her Las Vegas “Piece of Me” residency, Britney also appears to be working with producer Alex Da Kid on a new project.

So how does Britney keep her energy level, health, and body in abs-solutely perfection shape? The Queen of a Six-Pack Stomach credits her diet as well as her fitness plan, reported Us Weekly .
And that exercise routine involves even more than yoga and dance, although Spears emphasized that dance is her favorite.
“Dancing is a great cardio workout,” declared Brit. “Tough and fun at the same time.”
But variety isn’t just the spice of life: Spears also credits her varied fitness routine for keeping her body smoking hot.
“I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time. I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio — usually running — move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch.”
Britney also is careful about her diet. She follows a primarily raw, low-carb diet that emphasizes fish. And she has just one weakness.
“I’m really into raw food — sushi basically,” revealed Spears, then confessed. “I love sweet tea!”
In addition, Britney nibbles on Nut Thins and fruit.
As the Inquisitr reported, Spears also has revealed that she uses yoga both to keep her body flexible and her mind balanced.
“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically. I don’t mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn’t have a problem being motivated.”
Britney’s trainer is Tony Martinez, who helped her sculpt those awesome abs.
“It also included a mix of ab workouts, treadmill runs and treadmill exercises walking backward at different intervals and walking forward,” said Tony of Britney’s routine.
Prior to her Las Vegas show, Spears revealed how she prepared.
“I’m doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week, in addition to a lot of cardio–hour long sessions three times a week, with my trainer, Tony Martinez. The [Vegas] performances won’t be easy–they’ll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed,” said Britney.
