Ellie Goulding has shown us time and again that she has a healthy attitude to life. Recently, beautiful Ellie shared some video of her punishing fitness regime and told us that she likes to work out. Ellie also told us that she likes to relax and have a drink with her friends, including Taylor Swift. Ellie also shared that she has a balanced approach to everything in life, she has alcohol free weeks and goes without make-up at times.
It was recently reported in the Inquisitr that Ellie was quick to hit back at internet trolls who made mean comments on her Instagram feed after she posted makeup-free selfies. Ellie is quick to speak up when she sees something happening that she doesn’t agree with. Goulding recently posted fierce criticism of a London council after they implemented controversial policies that penalized homeless people.
As a result, you know that Ellie Goulding is “hardcore,” and a new video posted on the singing star’s Instagram feed shows just how hardcore Ellie really is. The video shows that, whilst her contemporaries are attending fashion shows in London and Paris, Ellie is in the gym, toning her already-impressive physique in a boxing-style high intensity workout. The video shows Ellie smashing punches into pads held by her partner.

USA Today report that Ellie captioned the video with the comment “seeing all these people at these beautiful elegant fashion shows and I’m just here like.”
That said, the hard work is clearly paying off for Ellie, as she looked sensational when she rocked up at Wimbledon to watch Andy Murray play tennis. According to the Daily Mail, Ellie totally rocked a tweed mini-skirt and black suede ankle boots that showed off her tanned and toned legs to perfection. Goulding completed her outfit with a black sleeveless vest-style top.
During a rain break at the all-England tennis club, Ellie tweeted a picture of herself enjoying a glass of champagne, illustrating once again that it’s not all about hard work.

Ellie got another opportunity to show off her fashion credentials when she showed up at the album launch party for British band Years and Years. Ellie attended the party with her boyfriend, Dougie Poynter, and according to the Mail, both looked fantastic. Ellie once again showed her long legs in an abstract print summer play-suit. Dougie wore a blue silk shirt and black skinny jeans.
