Ben Affleck In Jen’s Guesthouse After ‘Batman’ Ben’s Partying, Gambling, Cheating Led To Jennifer Garner Split [Video]

Ben Affleck is staying in Jen Garner’s guesthouse. The announcement comes just after the two revealed that they are divorcing, but they now have declared that they want to live in in adjacent residences, reported People.

That puts Ben into the guest cottage, which is on the same land rented by Jen. She’s staying there during the filming of her latest movie, Miracles from Heaven.

Garner has sought to keep a positive outlook on life, appearing upbeat on the set of her new movie. But behind the scenes of Ben’s and Jen’s life, their split has caused heartbreak on both sides.

As to what caused the breakup? Affleck “admitted to cheating” prior to his split from Jennifer Garner. That’s the inside report as sources are sharing what supposedly really happened that caused the A-list couple to break up after years of denying rumors, reported Us Weekly.

To the outside world, Jennifer and Ben are attempting to make their divorce sound calm. But those close to Garner, 43, and Affleck, 42, have revealed that throughout the decade in which they were married, cheating and partying as well as Ben’s infamous gambling habits wreaked havoc.

“[Affleck] admitted to cheating,” said an insider.

Jennifer initially told the Batman actor that he had to leave their home, worth an estimated $17.5 million home in the chic neighborhood of Pacific Palisades, Calif. However, she kicked him out only for a short time.

“[Garner] eventually decided to forgive him,” added the source.

But another insider contradicts those cheating heart reports.

“Ben did not cheat on Jen,” claims Affleck’s friend.

And other sources have revealed that the two repeatedly broke up, then made up during their marriage.

“She tried to leave him a few times, but he would beg her to stay,” revealed an insider.

In addition, sources revealed that Garner was worried about their three children.

Violet is the oldest at nine, while Seraphina is six, and the youngest, Samuel, is only three.

“She always fought against the urge to throw her hands up in the air and walk away. They’ve been on the brink of splitting up many times before, but it’s Jennifer’s worst nightmare for their children. Her biggest desire has always been to keep the family together.”

But Ben’s friends said it’s hard on him as well. Affleck is turning to his own mom as well as pals, who are setting aside the cheating reports to help him heal.

“This is just as hard on him and difficult for him. Any divorce is tough on everyone. He is leaning on his mom and close friends,” said a source.

For Ben and Jen, parenting their children now takes priority, reported People.

Garner loves being a mom, and Affleck, despite his admitted cheating, wanted to have a solid family, said a pal.

“Ben wanted what Jen represented, which was stability and family and consistency and love,” revealed one of Jen’s friends.

But Ben did try to do what he could to be a good father, said a different source.

“[Affleck] was a family man when he could be,” the buddy said in Ben’s defense. “And his kids adore him. He traveled a lot, but when he is with the kids, he’s really with them. And there is nothing more important to Jen than being a good mom.”

The children currently are with their mother, who is filming Miracles from Heaven.

“The minute he could get on a plane to see his kids, he did,” said an insider. “It’s important. He wants them to be stable.”

And they aren’t the only A-list couple seeking to focus on their children after divorce. As the Inquisitr reported, Lara Spencer of Good Morning America just ended her own marriage and emphasized that her children are now her priority.
