Adam Lind’s Ex-Girlfriend Taylor Halbur Praises New Boyfriend For Being ‘Good’ To Daughter Paislee
Adam Lind doesn’t seem to be stepping up as a father to either of his two children. Amid his ongoing custody battle with Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska, the mother of his 5-year-old daughter, Aubree, Adam Lind appears to have been called out by his other daughter’s mother, Taylor Halbur.
On July 7, two days before the premiere of Teen Mom 2 Season 6, Halbur shared the following message with her fans and followers on Instagram.
“I’ve been so blessed in my life to have met such a wonderful man who is good to not only I, but paislee. I could not have found anyone better. My loves. My life. #goofballs #lovesofmylife.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Adam Lind and Halbur are on the verge of a custody battle. Earlier this week, a source told Radar Online that Lind was planning to requested more time with their daughter, Paislee.
“He wants more time with Paislee and thinks as her father, he deserves that. He is planning to take Taylor to court.”
Adam Lind may want to see more of his daughter, but according to the source, there isn’t much of a chance he’ll get it. After all, in recent years, the Teen Mom 2 star has been plagued with legal drama, including three DUI charges and a reckless driving charge.
“Adam has so much legal baggage, it’s unlikely he’ll get custody of Paislee.”
Meanwhile, Adam Lind continues to fight back against supervised visits with his older daughter, Aubree. After his legal drama played out, Lind’s unsupervised visits with Aubree were suspended, and at this point, they haven’t been reinstated. Earlier this year, Adam Lind went to court in hopes of making it happen, but after hearing Houska’s defense, his request was denied (the judge agreed to revisit the case in six months, and if Adam Lind had settled down his behavior, the judgement may be changed).
In an interview with MTV News earlier this month, Houska put Adam Lind on blast, claiming her new boyfriend, Cole DeBoer, whom she began dating last summer, was a far better boyfriend than he ever was.
“My relationship with Cole is completely different than past relationships. I’ve only had bad relationships — I mean, I’ve had one, really. And that was terrible. Everyone saw that play out.”
