Are Robert Pattinson And Fiancée FKA Twigs Moving To London Permanently? ‘Twilight’ Star Claims Living There Is ‘Easier’

As Twilight alum Robert Pattinson gets ready for the release of his newest film, Life, there is one thing about being famous that he doesn’t like. In a recent interview with Total Film, the actor revealed that he does not like his picture taken by paparazzi because he feels like it takes something away from him.

“I hate having my photo taken… It just makes me feel small and feel like things are being taken away from me.”

While the actor has been busy filming in London for the upcoming movie, he also admitted that moving to London has provided him with a level of privacy he doesn’t get elsewhere.

“I’ve been in London for two months, and it’s fine. I never get photographed… It’s just a lot easier.”

Pattinson plays the role of photographer Dennis Stock in Life, who was tasked with photographing James Dean in the 1950s photo shoot for Life magazine. While Pattinson’s life certainly changed dramatically following the success of the Twilight films, the actor went on to reveal that being famous has its downfalls.

“It’s changed a bit now. Since I’ve become an actor, most people don’t want to admit it… When I was just auditioning absolutely everyone was. It’s crazy. But when you get to a certain point, no-one really wants to admit it anymore. People just want to say they’re a waiter! That’s way cooler! I’m not trying to be an actor, I just want to be waiter for the rest of my life.”

Robert Pattinson’s recent comments, and his apparent longing for a normal life, have led some to speculate that he might move to London permanently. While it does seem as though he is more comfortable there, a permanent move to London might also make sense when it comes to his new fiancée.

R. Patz recently announced his engagement to FKA Twigs, and as the two prepare themselves for an upcoming wedding ceremony, Pattinson’s fame has already proven to be a boost to Twig’s career. In fact, according to Contract Music, Twigs has officially been added to the upcoming Way Out West festival line-up.

The Way Out West music festival is set to begin in August at Slottskogen Park in Gothenburg. Twigs will be performing along with several other notable bands, including Ellie Goulding, The Pet Shop Boys, Caribou, Beck, Angelique Kidjo, and Chic featuring Nile Rodgers.

Robert Pattinson is currently in pre-production on Lost City of Z, which costars Sons of Anarchy star Charlie Hunnam.
