Joanna Krupa’s Lawsuit Against ‘RHOBH’ Brandi Glanville Continues

Joanna Krupa filed a defamation lawsuit against Brandi Glanville earlier this year, noting The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star claimed she smelled like fish in certain areas. In response, Glanville has claimed Joanna Krupa is just as mean as she is — if not worse.

According to a TMZ report on July 5, Glanville has just filed her response to Joanna Krupa’s lawsuit, and in it, the reality star takes aim at the model, noting she’s done a number of things to her personally, including giving her the middle finger during an appearance in Florida.

In court documents, claimed the site, Glanville named specific incidents in which she’s felt ridiculed by Joanna Krupa. In addition to giving Glanville the finger at Tampa’s Hard Rock Casino, Glanville claimed Joanna Krupa called her a drunk racist with a “little brain.” Glanville also listed a public outing by Krupa, during which the Real Housewives of Miami star wore a “Team Rimes” shirt.

The feud between Glanville and Joanna Krupa began last year after Glanville alleged Krupa stunk — and claimed she had slept with Yolanda Foster’s ex-husband, Mohamed Hadid, when they were married. Glanville’s allegations were made during a Watch What Happens Live appearance in early 2014, and recounted during a second appearance on the late-night series later in the year.

As the Inquisitr reported, following Glanville’s second round of claims, Joanna Krupa spoke to TMZ, fuming about her fellow Real Housewives star and calling her “trailer trash.” While out in Los Angeles with husband Romain Zago, Krupa made the following statements.

“I think Brandi Glanville is the biggest trailer trash woman out there. I just saw on E! News her interview with Andy Cohen talking about my stuff again. She needs to get a life, okay? First of all, I’m happily married, I’m sorry that you’re so pathetic your ex-husband left you. Stop talking about me. Does she have nothing better to do in her life. It’s getting too much, like she’s trailer trash. That’s what she is.

She’s so obsessed with me. She can’t stop talking about me. Why would Andy talk bad about me when she’s making stuff up to make herself famous? I don’t know what she’s doing.”

In her defense response, Glanville listed Joanna Krupa’s claims of her being “trailer trash,” in addition to the incidents mentioned above. No word on the two women’s next court date will be scheduled.
