Bobbi Kristina Brown: Profiting From Tragedy
As Bobbi Kristina Brown lies in a hospice care facility following a five month battle for her life, someone close to her has reportedly taken the opportunity to profit from her tragedy.
TMZ reported this week that they had been offered the sale of a photo of Bobbi Kristina “laying at death’s door in a hospice.” Tactfully, TMZ chose not to purchase the photo, but apparently, there are other websites and magazines interested in exploiting the tragedy of Bobbi Kristina.
The site further reports that the person selling the said photo is believed to be an extended family member. Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, Leolah Brown, is furious over the whole affair, promising retaliation when she learns the identity of the culprit.
“I will make sure that anyone who came anywhere near Bobbi Kriss- including myself take a lie detective test!”
ET was also approached with the hospice pictures of Bobbi Kristina, and declined the sale, as well. The entertainment site called the offer “unseemly,” and stated that the going rate for the latest pics of Bobbi Kristina topped $100,000 dollars.
It is difficult to understand the motivation of a “family member” who would peddle pictures so disturbing that even media outlets find them disgusting. Greed is a powerful thing, however, and seems to have reared its ugly head in this situation.
Leolah Brown once again took to Facebook to air her opinions of the most recent sad circumstances surrounding the condition of Bobbi Kristina.
“You took that picture thinking you gon get some money for it…and thats gon be it!…guess what!????!!!! I will myself if no one else does-see to it that -YOU be revealed!!!! Trust me! I will put the fire so far up the medias a** to reveal who they PAID for that!”
It seems as though Leolah Brown already knows who took the tasteless photos of Bobbi Kristina, as she says further in her post.
“Everyone knows who YOU ARE! Aint nobody stupid! And no matter how much you keep that ugly smile on your ugly and evil face-and try to make the world THINK your hands are clean…YOU WILL BE EXPOSED! I got somn else for yall too-since you ALL think yall gon get away with putting my niece where she is because YOU WANT HER DAM MONEY THAT AINT GOT S**T TO DO WITH YOU!
“I’m on a mission to make sure my niece gets justice by ANY means necessary! And thats not a threat…(everything I do is LEGAL)…but A PROMISE!”
