Bobbi Kristina Brown is being sued by a car crash victim. The 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, dependent on life support since January 31 when she was found unconscious in the home she shared with Nick Gordon, is spending her final days in hospice. But the victim of that a car crash that occurred prior to that date has filed a lawsuit to be compensated for the accident, reported People .
Russell J. Eckerman is seeking compensation for the car crash, which he says happened “on or about” January 27.
“[Bobbi Kristina was] traveling at an imprudent speed for conditions and was following too closely and improperly attempted to change lanes in order to avoid the vehicle stopping in front of her,” claims Russell.
After that lane change, Bobbi Kristina traveled across the center line after she was unable to handle her Jeep. That put her on a collision course with Eckerman’s Ford Taurus.
Among the car crash victim’s injuries are a scalp laceration, a sprained wrist, and facial, spinal, and skull fractures. After Russell was hospitalized, a medically induced coma and ventilator were required. As a result, Eckerman was landed with owing more than $732,610.22.
In addition to Bobbi Kristina, he has sued Ford Motor Company and another driver for the car crash.
At the same time as Bobbi Kristina’s estate is being sued, her family is preparing her final resting place, reported Extra .
An insider says that Bobbi Kristina will reside in the same cemetery as Whitney.
“The graves around Whitney are occupied. Bobbi Kristina’s remains could be placed atop Whitney’s coffin, with mother and daughter together into eternity. Whitney’s headstone now has a circular brick border garden, and two rosary necklaces have been added… a new sign spelling out ‘Love’ has also been placed to the back left of the stone.”
Meanwhile, the future looks grim for Nick Gordon. As the Inquisitr reported, Bobbi Kristina’s beau is being sued for both domestic violence and theft.
After listing the charges, the lawsuit against Gordon emphasizes the goal.
“No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina.”
Gordon is now preparing a defense team , reported the Wrap .
Attorney Jose Baez succeeded in obtaining an acquittal in the 2011 murder case of Casey Anthony. Now Baez will be battling for Bobbi Kristina’s beau. Charges against Gordon include both assault and the transfer of funds from her account both prior to and during her coma.
