Jennie Garth’s Bikini Photos Show New Tattoo As Actress Enjoys A Family Trip In Hawaii
Jennie Garth wore a bikini that showed off a new tattoo during a family beach trip over the weekend. According to Us Magazine, Garth was in Hawaii enjoying a vacation with her fiancé and three daughters. On the beach, she wore a black string bikini and a black straw hat, but that was not what caught the attention of the media.
The large floral tattoo on her left hip grabbed everyone’s attention. Jennie has made it clear in previous interviews that she loves tattoos, and she has several. This newest ink is clearly visible on her hip. Part of it is covered up, but most of it is exposed for the world to see. Fans of the actress can also clearly see another tattoo on her other hip as well. That tattoo is in the shape of a bow.
While Jennie loves getting tattoos, her mother is not a fan of the ink on her daughter. She thinks the tattoos are sending a bad message to Garth’s three daughters. Jennie spoke about her love of getting inked and how her children feel about her tattoos in a 2012 interview
“I’m still getting tattoos. I love body art, so it’s something that I love. It doesn’t mean something that Lola will love or Fiona. I personally don’t have a problem. My mother has a problem with it, and she thinks that it’s not a good message for my children, and I disagree wholeheartedly. First tattoo that they knew of, the kids cried. It freaked them out… Now, they get it, that it doesn’t mean I’m a bad person. It’s just a form of expression.”

A lot has changed in Garth’s life since 2012. That was the year she split from the father of her children, Peter Facinelli. The couple met on the set of a television film, and they married soon after. The marriage lasted 11 years before the couple decided to file for divorce. Facinelli is now engaged to be married to Jaimie Alexander.
Garth is preparing her own wedding to David Abrams. The couple announced their engagement in April, and Jennie jumped right into wedding planning mode. She spoke about her engagement in an interview, according to Us Magazine.
“He took me on a trip to the Carolinas and we went to this great dinner in this very crowded restaurant packed with people and then all of a sudden for no reason, there was no one in it. Not a waiter or anyone. It was like the world sort of stopped spinning for a minute and it was so quiet. He got down on his knee and did his thing. I wasn’t looking at all, in fact I didn’t even want to go on the date with him and he didn’t even want to go on a date with me. We went out on a blind double date with another friend of his and we did not hit it off right away. He was like tall and handsome and perfect, and that’s exactly what I didn’t want.”
However, Jennie is “happy” with her engagement, and she is creating her wedding from scratch. She is doing a lot of the wedding planning herself because she is very much a do-it-yourself type of person. She has some ideas about her wedding ceremony and the celebration that will follow already, according to ABC News.
“I want people to be comfortable. That’s my priority. No uncomfortable clothing. No high heels! I use other people’s ideas so often as my inspiration. I’m a creative person. I don’t just want to sit there on the couch and watch TV.”
The new bikini photos definitely show that Jennie Garth has managed to stay in shape. She is a very active woman with three active daughters. She often joins in on their activities.
“My 12-year-old is going to start boxing lessons with me, get some adolescent aggression out — and I hike with my older daughter. My youngest is very active, from jumping on the trampoline to competitive soccer. We like to move! We don’t like to sit around.”
The day at the beach also featured some PDA between Jennie and her future husband. They enjoyed some time together in the water, according to a PopSugar report.
Fans of 90210 will soon learn more about the behind the scenes drama that happened during its production. According to a previous Inquisitr report, Lifetime is planning an unauthorized biopic on the series.
The series aired for 10 seasons on Fox, and Jennie did dish some about the drama on the set of the series in her memoir. According to Us Magazine, Ian Ziering made a play for her during the early days of filming. He wanted to “practice” kissing. A release date has not been set for the film.
