Kim Richards Get Rehab Visit From Ex-Husband [Photo]
Kim Richards seems to be doing well in rehab. On Tuesday, her ex-husband, Monty Brinson, posted a photo that was taken when he paid her what may be his last visit.
Monty, who a week ago revealed that doctors have told him that he has a few days to a few weeks left to live, wrote about how proud he is of Kim and how she’ll prove her critics wrong when she gets out. Pointedly, he wrote that everyone in Kim’s family is proud of her. The photo shows the two of them, sitting down on the grass, hugging.
“A beautiful day with@kimrichards11 on this summer day. I’m so proud of you for all your strength and determination. Everyone in your family is so proud of yourself, you’re proving everyone wrong and when everyone sees you they will see the beauty inside and out that you poses. You’re a fighter and you stay on this path and live a healthy clean life and find the happiness you deserve. Love you.”
Monty later added a comment composed of several hashtags: “#family #life #heart #love #rhobh.” Is this Monty’s way of saying that, contrary to reports, Kim has not been dropped from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? As the Inquisitr reported in early June, Monty at the time denied that Kim had been fired from the hit reality TV show. Monty said that not only has Kim not been fired, at least not yet, he also said that she has been offered roles on two NBC shows.
Even if Kim hasn’t been officially fired from the show, there is the question of how she would be able to film scenes since she’s in rehab. Season 6 seems to have already started filming. Last Wednesday, Kyle posted a photo of herself with Lisa Vanderpump in front of a TV camera. On Monday, Eileen Davidson posted a photo of herself with Lisa Rinna at a social gathering.
As reported by All About The Tea, Brandi Glanville, who got close to Kim Richards and fought over her with Kyle on Season 5, went on the Howard Stern show early this morning and talked about her former co-stars, including Kim, and the show.
“Kim’s a sweetheart and she’s in rehab.”
Brandi Glanville also clarified that while she wasn’t asked back for Season 6 as a starring housewife, the producers did want her “to appear here and there.” Brandi admitted that she made the decision to not do The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills anymore, even on a recurring basis, because she just doesn’t fit in with the cast now. By the end of Season 5, Brandi was only friends with Kim Richards and Yolanda Foster. While Kim is in rehab, Yolanda is battling Lyme Disease and so doesn’t look likely to return the show.
“I didn’t want to do the show again. I did some things I couldn’t explain. I spoke to producers and said I would come back if it’s with Yolanda or if it’s with Kim. Otherwise I don’t talk to the other wives. I don’t like them.”
