If Dina Manzo returns to The Real Housewives of New Jersey for Season 7 , she’ll likely be featured only as a “friend” of the cast. According to a July 1 report by E! News , there’s only a 5 percent chance Dina Manzo will be back , and if fans do see more of her on the Bravo reality show, it will be in a limited role.
“[Dina Manzo], an original member of the cast, returned full-time in season six when Caroline Manzo departed for a spinoff. The bad blood between the sisters has since been quashed, but Dina has been open about her desire not to return for another go.”
Following The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6, Dina Manzo told fans on Twitter that she had no desire to return to the show for Season 7, and alleged her co-stars were “horrible people.” In addition, Dina Manzo left New Jersey entirely, opting for a late 2014 move to Los Angeles , where she’s been sharing photos on her Instagram page ever since.
At the end of last year, a source told Rumorfix of Dina Manzo’s decision to leave the show.
“All the drama isn’t worth it to [Dina Manzo]. There’s a lot of bulls**t that goes on, both on camera and behind the scenes. Doing the show again made [Dina Manzo] realize why she quit in the first place.”
Around the same time, a fan asked Dina Manzo on Twitter, “I know you can’t comment but can you at least say if you have any interest in returning next season?”
“NONE,” she responded. “My soul can’t be around horrible people.”
At the beginning of the year, All About The Tea alleged Dina Manzo was officially off of the show, and claimed Melissa Gorga would be demoted ahead of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 7.
Dina Manzo starred on the first two seasons of the Bravo reality series, along with her sister, Caroline. However, after the Manzo family began feuding, Dina Manzo quit the series and went on to star in a show of her own on HGTV. Years later, Manzo rejoined the series as a full-time wife, alongside her longtime friend, Teresa Giudice. On the show, Manzo often feuded with Jacqueline Laurita, who returned to the series midway through Season 6 after ratings on the show dropped drastically after her and Caroline’s exit after Season 5.
Dina Manzo has yet to address the idea of returning to Bravo in a part-time role.
