MTV Star Leah Messer Swears She Doesn’t Have A Drug Problem On ‘Teen Mom 2’

MTV star Leah Messer has denied having a drug problem. For the last several months, the mother of three has been accused of being addicted to prescription medication, but according to the MTV star, she is not dependent on drugs.

In a sneak peek at the upcoming sixth season of Teen Mom 2, shared by Radar Online on June 29, the MTV star is seen being confronted by her ex-husband, Corey Simms, and his new wife, Miranda. Simms, who shares two daughters with Messer, 5-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah, claimed the MTV star was hiding her drug use from him and his wife, and accused her of making up her issues with depression and stress in an effort to distract from her real problem.

Still, Messer insisted there was no drug problem.

“I swear to God there’s not!”

As the sneak peek continued, the MTV star was seen riding in a car with her now-ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert, venting about Simms.

“He always talks about me like I’m a piece of s**t. What has he done?”

Messer and Simms tied the knot in 2010, one year after welcoming their twin girls. However, just months later, after Messer admitted to cheating on Simms with her ex-husband, Robbie Kidd, the couple divorced.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Simms’ wife got in on the action, wanting to know if Messer was finally ready to admit she hasn’t always been the best mom to her daughters. In a sneak peek shared by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, the two women were said to be at odds.

“I’m not gonna say I was a bad mom,” the MTV star tells Miranda.

Instead, Messer claimed she was simply under stress from her issues at home. While she didn’t say her issues were with Calvert, they certainly could have been, as Calvert filed for divorce after accusing her of cheating. Although the couple attempted to salvage their marriage, they were unable, and according to Simms, it may have led the MTV star to find solace in drugs.

“We understand what you deal with. We’re saying is there something that you take to deal with that problem? … Can you look at me and Miranda in our eyes and tell us there is no drug problem?… I think I know that there’s a drug problem and I think you’re afraid to tell me.”
