Brandi Glanville, after her Twitter rant over the weekend against her former co-stars, is now claiming Kyle Richards is threatening legal action. According to the Drinking and Tweeting author, Richards’ legal letter will be added to the pile.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, on Saturday, Glanville took Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards to task on social media after her former co-stars stated publicly that contrary to the story Brandi is telling about her departure from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills , she actually was fired from the show. During her Twitter rant, Glanville made serious allegations in regards to Kyle’s husband, Mauricio Umansky, stealing clients from Kathy Hilton’s husband. Brandi also promised to air more of her former RHOBH co-stars’ dirty laundry during her sit-down with Howard Stern on July 1.
On Monday, Brandi Glanville took to Twitter once again to slam one of her former co-stars. According to Brandi, Kyle Richards is threatening legal action based on her weekend tweets.
Now @kylerichards is threatening me with a legal letter because if my tweets?Get my address from @Andy I will add it to my pile #rich coward

Since Kyle is apparently reading her former co-star’s tweets, Glanville also reminded Richards that all of the Housewives signed a contract that includes a clause agreeing not to sue.
This clause is basically in EVERY #Bravolebritys contract’s but yet everyone is sue happy! pic.twitter.com/r5ZPOn94ir

If Kyle Richards did send a legal letter, Brandi Glanville is not taking it seriously, as she jokes she could be the star of a new reality show.
There needs to be a show called #ridiculous reality lawsuits… Obviously I would start in it

If she does take legal action, Kyle Richards would not the first Housewife to do so against Brandi Glanville over controversial statements made publicly by the reality star. The defamation lawsuit filed against her by Real Housewives of Miami’s Joanna Krupa is still ongoing. According to All About the Tea , who obtained legal documents relating to the case, Brandi attempted to have Krupa’s suit thrown out of court, but unfortunately for Glanville, a judge ruled against the Drinking and Tweeting author’s motion to dismiss earlier this month.
Brandi Glanville confirmed during her June 23 podcast last week that she was leaving the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after four years with the show.
“After a lot of careful thought and deliberation, I have decided not to return to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills . I mean they’ve been awesome. Bravo will always be my family. Like Andy said, ‘It’s the mafia, you never really get to leave us.’”
Glanville’s statement during her podcast led many to believe she will not return to the show for its sixth season in any capacity; however, as the Inquisitr reports, Brandi may appear briefly in the upcoming season in order to “wrap up her story.”
