‘The Bachelorette’ Contestant JJ Lane Gets Another Reality Show Gig — Will Clint Arlis Join Him?

The Bachelorette contestant JJ Lane doesn’t find love with Kaitlyn Bristowe this season, but the 30-year-old single father from Colorado may end up finding the woman of his dreams on another reality show.

After an uncomfortable two-on-one date in Dublin on Week 6, JJ found himself with a one-way ticket back to the U.S. without a rose. His departure from the show wasn’t surprising, with many fans shocked that he made it as far as he did. In an earlier episode, his antics with former cast member Clint Arlis led many to believe he would be ousted long before the cast and crew left for Ireland.

After Clint was eliminated, JJ’s storyline was non-existent. It’s clear producers used him as a filler — he had more chemistry with Clint than he did with Kaitlyn. However, this won’t be the last time JJ will appear on a reality TV show.

Although ABC has not formally announced the entire Bachelor in Paradise cast, Reality Steve recently revealed that JJ is one of six guys from Kaitlyn’s season — Tanner Tolbert, Jonathan Holloway, Jared Haibon, Joshua Albers, Joe Bailey, and Justin Reich — who were flown to the Playa Escondida Resort in Mexico to find love — or drama.

Filming for the show wrapped up last week, and one couple reportedly got married on location . Spoilers reveal that it wasn’t JJ that tied the knot, but there’s always the possibility that he found love outside of his bromance with Clint.

Unfortunately for JJ, Clint’s name doesn’t appear on the cast list, but don’t count him out yet. Perhaps producers will surprise viewers and bring him on mid-season. If not, JJ can make friends with one of the Bachelor franchise’s semi-villains — Chris Bukowski. According to a previous report from the Inquisitr , Chris joined the show shortly before filming ended, but he didn’t last long.

Do you think JJ will find love with one of this season’s Bachelor in Paradise cast members, or is he better off finding a soul mate off-camera?

Kaitlyn’s season of the Bachelorette wraps up with a three-hour season finale on July 27, followed by the season premiere of Bachelor in Paradise on August 2 on ABC.
