Fake Janet Jackson Skinny Photo Brings Buzz About Janet’s Weight Loss, Trainer, Diet And Workout Routine
If you’re on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media platform, chances are you’ve seen the reaction to a black and white poster of Janet Jackson. The image features Janet looking really slim and skinny, with Jackson’s Unbreakable World Tour writing listed beneath the photo of the scantily-clad Janet, who is wearing a black bodysuit with plenty of cutouts that show plenty of skin. The problem is, it isn’t Janet’s body or skin, so says Perez Hilton.
The fake post of Janet isn’t family friendly enough, a source told the webmaster. Jackson looking slim and svelte in that new poster making the rounds online is the work of Photoshop magic, reports Hilton.
Yet and still, the image of Janet looking skinny has news outlets like Black America Web proclaiming that Janet looks nothing like her fans remember. However, when Jackson’s Unbreakable Tour finally begins on August 31 in Vancouver, Canada, the world will really get a chance to see how Janet’s figure looks in real life.
According to Page Six, who has photos of Janet from April 29 of this year, the 49-year-old wasn’t looking as svelte as the fake poster has Janet appearing. Hidden beneath a black blazer and pants, Jackson still looked stylish all the same as she was pictured with her 39-year-old husband, Wissam Al Mana.
Nevertheless, Janet’s personal trainer, Tony Martinez, gave tips to the Daily Mail regarding how he’s helped to get Jackson, Britney Spears, and Pink in shape and encouraged them to lose weight. With lots of fun strength-training rituals and core circle disks that Tony created himself, Martinez says that he makes his high-intensity workouts fun for his clients so they don’t know how hard they are working. As clients get older, he ensures he doesn’t put them through paces that are too strenuous, and makes sure that all of his clients have realistic expectations about not losing 10 pounds in a day, for example.
Janet lost 60 pounds in four months with Tony — and Jackson is the client who’s been with him the longest, since 1997. When she dropped the 60 pounds with Tony’s help in 2001 to land on the cover of Shape, Janet gave Tony his proudest moment and best reward.
“She had to lose 60-pounds and we did it in four-months. I mean, it was hardcore workouts. She was just focused!”
To help Janet lose so much weight in a short period of time, Tony says he had Jackson perform a lot more cardio. Janet endured a twice-daily cardio workout — and most importantly, changed her diet dramatically.
“We pretty much just upped her protein a little bit more and gave her good carbohydrates instead of bad carbs. I gave her more whole grains, sweet potatoes, brown rice, but a lot more vegetables, and she had no problem with that, the weight just came right off of her no problem.”
As reported by the Inquisitr, the new song by Janet called “No Sleeep” crashed on iTunes.
