‘Real Housewives Of Orange County’ Star Tamra Judge Claims She Found God, But Can She Find Forgiveness For Her Ex Simon Barney?

Tamra Judge is apparently ready to forgive and forget when it comes to her ex-husband, Simon Barney. Although the Real Housewives of Orange County star is known for her spirited attitude and consistent fighting with fellow co-stars, Judge’s new found faith is proving to have a big impact on her life.

Judge and Barney have three children together and were involved in a very public custody fight following their divorce. Although they have resolved the custody battle, Judge still has issues with her ex.

In an interview with the Christian Post, she stated, “I definitely don’t agree with a lot of things that [Simon] does. I think that he’s hurting and so he wants to hurt me.”

Despite her bad feelings towards her ex, Judge stated, “Yes, I have [forgive him]. And I talk about that in a speech at my baptism. I tell him I forgive him, and I thank him and I pray for him.”

Tamra Judge’s change in heart follows what was a rough year for the reality star.

“I did have a bad year last year, I had a horrible year last year and not just the show, it was stuff going on in my personal life with my ex-husband,” she explained. “He was trying to take my children away from me and it was such a public thing and he knew exactly what he was doing.”

However, things started to change following an encounter at work where Judge was invited to church.

“I was never baptized as a kid, and I was never brought up in church and I haven’t raised my kids in the church,” Judge said. “It was something that was very foreign to me. When I was going through everything I was going through, I was at work one day and this woman came up to me at my studio — she goes ‘would you like to go to church with me?’ and I said ‘yes.'”

Since turning over a new leaf, Judge desires to have a better relationship with Barney and her children.

“I’ve always wanted to have a relationship with him where we could take the kids out to dinner once in a while so that there’s not that feeling of like, ‘my parents hate each other,'” she said.

Meanwhile, Judge is also moving on with her life and recently celebrated her two-year anniversary with current husband Eddie Judge. The two went on a trip to Greece to celebrate, and Judge later posted a few images of the trip on Instagram.

On Father’s Day, she stated, “It takes a special man to take on a woman with 4 kids and I am so lucky that God brought you to us. We appreciate everything you do.”
