Have Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul already gotten married? While the “Bachelor Nation” couple has not shared much in the way of specifics with Bachelor and Bachelorette fans for a while, some suspect that Marcus and Lacy may have quietly wed earlier this month. What’s the scoop?
Marcus Grodd just shared a photo showing his love, Lacy Faddoul, seemingly getting her hair done in a fancier style than she usually wears. Marcus wishes her a happy anniversary, noting that they got engaged a year ago and she didn’t see it coming. Grodd teases that Faddoul is getting ready for something and that everybody will find out soon just what the couple was doing.
Grodd’s post has fans going wild, wondering if Marcus and Lacy are getting married right now. Though sources had indicated that a wedding was on the horizon , it seems the two may have quietly made plans and kept it all under the radar. In fact, some are now suspecting that the wedding has already taken place.
As the “Bachelor Nation” fans over at the Bach and Bachette Fan Forums note, an interesting bit of jewelry was on Lacy’s hand during a recent social media blitz with Andi Dorfman, Desiree Hartsock Siegfried, and Michelle Money. Lacy clearly has her engagement ring on, but there’s also a thin band next to it. It would be hard to argue that this could reasonably be anything other than a wedding band.
Though the focus of the media blitz was supposed to be the four ladies dishing on Snapchat about the Magic Mike premiere, eagle-eyed fans shifted the buzz to that ring on that finger . The appearance of the ring happens to come just a matter of days after Marcus and Lacy vacationed in Mexico, and it is known that they had some family members there with them.
Since the crew for the Bachelor and Bachelorette shows was already in Mexico filming the franchise’s summer show, could they have all coordinated to also have Grodd and Faddoul’s wedding take place there too? Many had been speculating that would be the case, and the evidence is definitely adding up in that direction.
It doesn’t seem that Marcus and Lacy will get a fully-televised wedding, like what some Bachelor and Bachelorette couples got in the past. However, it may well be that they worked with the network to do a small wedding on their terms with some footage to be shared in a segment on the show later.
Fans will seemingly have to wait for a bit yet to find out for certain whether Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul got married this month in Mexico, or whether the big event has yet to take place. Marcus and Lacy’s love story and engagement shocked more than a few viewers last summer, but they’ve stuck together and even if they aren’t married yet, it looks like it’s just a matter of time.
