‘Breaking Bad’ Meets Electric Daisy Carnival With DJ Walter White
Breaking Bad‘s Walter White lived again for a brief moment Saturday night during Above and Beyond’s performance at the Electric Daisy Carnival.
CBS News reports that Bryan Cranston appeared in front of a crowd of tens of thousands of people, and said “say my name” his character’s famous catchphrase from season five of Breaking Bad. Then he hit the button to start playing the progressive trance group’s song – Walter White.
Cranston and the band appear to share a mutual adoration. Bryan Cranston stayed on stage for a while to dance with the Above and Beyond members. He left early, but the Breaking Bad star insisted that he still pulled an all-nighter.

According to Rolling Stone, Above and Beyond first recorded their hit Walter White in 2013, just as the critically acclaimed series was winding down its final season.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Breaking Bad has inspired more than just songs. From blue vodka to throwing pizzas on rooftops, fans and businesses have expressed their love of the series. Even Heisenpurrg, the Breaking Bad cat, has well over 100,000 Instagram followers.
Will Break Bad’s Walter White ever come back to life for more than just song introductions? Bryan Cranston continues to tease about the possibility.
