Caitlyn Jenner’s new $3.5 million Malibu home is positively breathtaking, and fans will soon get to see more of the contemporary home’s luxurious interior and breathtaking views on her upcoming E! reality show I Am Cait .
According to Forbes , Caitlyn’s home was built in 2010 and is set on a private, 11-acre private compound, with 360-degree views of the ocean, mountains, and canyons. Described as “contemporary and sleek,” the home was completely refurbished for Jenner by interior designer James Hernandez. The 3,500-square-foot home is spacious and luxurious on the inside, but there is no doubt that Caitlyn bought the property for the privacy, the views, and the close proximity to El Pescador State Beach.
There’s plenty of room for Caitlyn Jenner’s family and friends, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms inside, and a gorgeous swimming pool and spa alongside a covered patio that is perfect for the “girls nights” that she hosts regularly.
According to Vanity Fair , the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star started having her girlfriends over for wine and food during the transition from Bruce to Caitlyn, giving her a private place where she could “dress as desired” and “be at ease” in the presence of women.

The hefty $3.5 million price tag was more than affordable to the 65-year-old former Olympian turned reality star. His current net worth is said to be around $100 million , with more money on the way. According to Hollywood Life , Jenner is rumored to have signed a contract for $75 million with E! as part of an agreement to film additional seasons of I Am Cait .
If that’s not enough, it’s likely she will continue doing paid motivational speeches and perhaps do more TV appearances. Actor Christian Slater tells the New York Post that he hopes Caitlyn will guest star on his new series, Mr. Robot .
Just days after the world got its first look at Caitlyn Jenner on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine, the first video promo for her eight-part docu-series was released. The clip (below) shows Jenner inside her Malibu home and riding in a golf cart with friends on the 11-acre property. Expect to see more dazzling views and perhaps a glimpse of Jenner’s “glam room” on I Am Cait , premiering on E! July 26.
