Fran Drescher: Gay Ex Husband Had ‘Sex A Lot’ With Drescher During 21-Year Marriage To ‘The Nanny’ [Video]

Fran Drescher is telling all the details about her gay ex husband. Admitting she was unaware Peter Marc Jacobson was gay during their 21 years of marital bliss, Fran also discussed their sex life. Drescher noted that Peter revealed his orientation only after their 1999 divorce, reported the Daily Mail.

Now 57, Fran says that they enjoyed intimate relations throughout their marriage. Drescher’s discussion of her gay ex-husband occurred her Stonewall Community Foundation Vision Awards acceptance speech.

“I have a gay art dealer, a gay dermatologist – not to mention my hairdresser,” declared Fran.

Now when people ask about her gay ex husband, Drescher says they’re baffled as to how she could be oblivious to his sexual orientation.

“I have a gay ex-husband! People always say to me, ‘How did you not know?’ He loves decorating and fashion and clothes, but we actually did have sex a lot.”

Jacobson wrote and created her famous situation comedy, The Nanny. The couple met in high school, waiting until she was 21 before they were wed.

And although they are now divorced, they are such close friends that Drescher tried to help Jacobson find love on The Millionaire Matchmaker.

As for Fran herself, Drescher found love after leaving her gay ex husband when she married Shiva Ayyadurai, known as the man who invented email.

They met when he was speaking at a Deepak Chopra event. Shiva expressed his love and affection for the actress.

“Fran heard my talk and we fell in love, and we’ve been together since that talk. Every day is a celebration with Fran. Every day is almost a romantic hangout with her. We’re always laughing, always enjoying ourselves.”

But Drescher, talking about her gay ex-husband, emphasized that she truly enjoyed her marriage, reported Page Six.

“We actually did have sex a lot. I didn’t know at the time, though, that in his mind he was f–king the bartender at Olive Garden,” said Fran.

Referring to Jacobson as her best friend, Drescher added that Shiva, who is 51, is a romantic partner.

“Now I’m actually married to this wonderful sophisticated straight man (Shiva Ayyadurai) who loves taking off my clothes, that PETA picks out for me,” added Fran.

And although some commented that Fran married a man who is six years younger, Drescher is not alone in partnering with a younger man.

As the Inquisitr reported, 68-year-old Susan Sarandon just reunited with her boyfriend, who is 37-years-old.
