Are Kanye West and Kim Kardashian heading for double dating with Jay-Z and Beyonce? Well, if the newest issue of US Weekly is enough evidence, it looks like they might be.
Sources reported to the magazine that Kanye West, 34, thinks this relationship with Kim Kardashian, 31, is the real deal and not a hook up. The sources on behalf of Kanye and the reality star Kardashian, go on to explain the serious nature of the relationship stating, “It’s not a PR stunt. They’re perfect for each other. He thinks she’s his Beyonce!”
According to several reports West always had his eye on Kim, and had pursued her for years before they actually took their flirtatious relationship to the next level. Timing seems to be on their side now, with West breaking up with model Amber Rose in 2010, which had the model suspicious about the nature of his relationship with Kardashian.
As far as Kim Kardashian’s love life, the reality star found herself on the other end of a nasty divorce after 72 days of marriage to New Jersey Nets basketball player Kris Humphries. A source close to Kardashian was quoted to US Weekly as saying, “Now that Kim has gotten over the Kris drama . . . she sees how much Kanye loves her.”
The reality starlet was spotted with West in New York late last week out to lunch, dinner, and to a showing of The Hunger Games film. Late last week, Kim Kardashian went on Today to play coy when Ann Curry asked her the nature of her relationship with Kanye West, simply stating, “I completely respect and understand that you have to ask these questions. Kanye and I have been friends for years. You never know what the future may hold.”
Only time will tell what’s in the cards for Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.
