‘RHOBH’ Star Yolanda Foster Won’t Return To Bravo, More Casting Details

RHOBH star Yolanda Foster isn’t returning to the show for season six.

On June 18, after announcing news of RHOBH star Brandi Glanville’s departure from her full-time role, People Magazine revealed two more wives had been cut from the series, as well.

“Kim Richards – who is in rehab after her April arrest for public intoxication – and Yolanda Foster – who is battling Lyme disease – will also not return.”

According to the magazine, a source close to Glanville claimed she was not fired, and said she was still deciding whether or not she would like to return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in any capacity. Although Glanville could reportedly rejoin the show as a “friend” of the wives, RHOBH star Foster has seen the last of her co-stars — and her exit isn’t too surprising.

In December of last year, as the fifth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills came to an end, Foster suffered a Lyme disease relapse, which left the RHOBH star unable to read, write and watch television. Months later, during filming on the season five reunion special, Foster was forced to make an early exit, as her Lyme disease had gotten in the way of her group participation. In her blog the following month, the RHOBH star said she likely shouldn’t have been involved in filming the reunion at all.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Foster’s husband, David, had allegedly been encouraging the RHOBH star to quit the series in recent months. In early May, a source revealed the following to Radar Online, claiming Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans may have seen the last of Foster.

“David has told Yolanda there is just no way she can return to the show because her condition is just getting worse. The Lyme disease is just ravaging her, and traveling for the international medical treatments is taking a toll. Yolanda is extremely weak, and her memory is suffering. David is just being protective because he doesn’t want any of the ladies to use her illness against her, as he knows those women are vicious.”

At the same time, the source claimed the RHOBH star wanted to continue with the show for the sake of her illness.

“It will break Yolanda’s heart if she can’t be on RHOBH because she wants to use the platform to raise awareness about the illness.”

The RHOBH star has yet to speak out about the news of her leaving the show.
