Alien UFO Fires Energy Beam Over U.S. Capitol, Lands At Secret ET Base Beneath White House

Wilbur “Will” Allen, a photographer who says he is a former Air Force One engineer and White House employee under Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and Bill Clinton, is attracting considerable attention in the online UFO community with the astounding claim that in July, 2010, he photographed an alien UFO firing an energy beam over the U.S. Capitol and coming in to land at an ET base located beneath the White House.

Allen’s “forensic quality” and “precision” photos showing alien UFOs over Washington, D.C., are being circulated among members of the online UFO/ET disclosure community as evidence that the U.S. government has entered into secret alliances with alien races.

Such bizarre claims are gaining the attention of the UFO community, apparently because they reinforce beliefs that the U.S. government has secret military and space technology alliance with certain alien races.

In a recent interview with UFO/ET disclosure activist Alfred Lambremont Webre, published on the website NewsInsideOut.com, Allen accused President Barack Obama of lying to the public by denying the truth about the U.S. government’s contact with alien races.

According to Allen, although Obama continues to deny knowledge of UFOs, he has obtained photographic evidence of a UFO base located right under the White House.

“Obama denies that Extraterrestrials exist. Yet I have precision photographs of extraterrestrial craft coming in to land at an extraterrestrial base under or around the White House underneath the Potomac River.”

Allen’s claim that the U.S. government has intimate links with extraterrestrial races contradicts the official statement posted to the White House website that “The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public’s eye.”

According to Allen “On July 20, 2010 at 3:18:07 AM in NW Washington, D.C., a relatively short distance from the White House, I imaged a slow moving UFO pulse through the sky, and then [observed the UFO] fire an energy beam which extended from it.”

“I took several stationary images of the stars as I usually do. However, there is one object I thought to be a star, moving and then discharging a beam of light… There is one frame that does not make much sense? A star is either moving or shooting a beam of light that is ‘bent.’ The motion is not registered with any of the other ‘stars’ in this sampling.”

Days after he captured the UFO making incursion into restricted airspace over Washington, D.C., Allen sent a video of the sighting to Webre. The video, according to Allen, included ten frames of images showing the UFO discharging an energy beam over the U.S. Capitol and the White House.

Allen described the UFO as an advanced “hyperdimensional UFO” belonging to the same intelligent extraterrestrial hyperdimensional civilization that conducted the July 16, 1952, flight over the U.S. Capitol and the White House. He also linked the UFO to another “hyperdimensional” UFO flight over the U.S. Capitol on July 16, 2002.

According to Allen, while Obama continues to deny it, UFOs continue to conduct regular flights over the U.S. Capitol and land at a secret ET base located beneath the White House.

Allen’s first personal contact with aliens was at age five, when a group of grey extraterrestrials in silver spacesuits implanted him with a special device. He discovered when he grew up that the implanted device guides him to photograph alien UFOs making incursions into restricted airspace over Washington D.C.

The UFOs, according to Allen, enter the restricted air space through “hyperdimensional star gates at extremely high speeds” and are capable of performing “dimensional shift into a self-generated star gate phenomenon.”

Allen has reported his UFO sightings to the Capitol Police. He claims that some of the officers admitted to him privately that they have also witnessed some of the landings.

He insists that alien “grey and human-hybrids” who implanted special device on him as a child continue communicating with him. They direct him to document “hypervelocity landings” in the Washington D.C. area.

Many outside the UFO/ET “Truther” community would consider Allen grossly delusional. But his work confirms to some members of the UFO “Truther” community the strongly held belief that the U.S. government has knowledge of “hyperdimensional” alien UFOs performing “dimensional shifts” over the U.S. Capitol and landing at a secret underground base beneath the White House.

Webre is one of the members of the UFO community who takes Allen’s work seriously.

Based on Allen’s evidence of UFOs flying in broad daylight, firing energy beams and landing at a secret base beneath the White House complex, Webre expresses skepticism about recent “ET Disclosure movement” being spearheaded by John Podesta, former Chief of Staff to President Bill Clinton and Counselor to President Barack Obama.

He alleges a hidden Rockefeller agenda in the disclosure movement involving Stephen Bassett’s initiative under the Citizen Hearing project.

According to Webre, the Citizen Hearing On Disclosure (CHD) event (April 29 to May 3, 2013) was funded by a grant from Rockefeller interests.

It will come as a shocking revelation to those of us outside the UFO “Truther” community, who have no privileged knowledge of the hidden Rockefeller agenda, that under a U.S. government/Rockefeller-funded program, U.S. astronauts have secretly landed on the planet Mars, and that even President Barack Obama has personally visited Mars.

“As this reporter [Webre] has reported, corroborated by multiple witnesses, President Barack Obama, under his then name Barry Soetoro, participated in the Mars jump room training program at the College of the Siskyous, CA. in Summer, 1980 and subsequently visited Mars several times via jump room, an advanced quantum technology gifted to CIA by a specific species of grey extraterrestrials.”

Webre claims that he tried to bring five living witnesses of the U.S. Mars program who have been on Mars and interacted with Martians to appear before the Citizen Hearing Panel, consisting of five former members of Congress. But the men were turned away by the organizers of the Citizen Hearing initiative.

According to Webre, Stephen Bassett would not allow the Mars witnesses to testify because Rockefeller interests want to keep the “Life On Mars” project secret.

He claims that U.S. Senators who can force an uncensored disclosure have been bribed to stay silent about “a class of witnesses and extraterrestrials from our nearest neighbor Mars, all because of the Rockefeller family that is sculpting this ‘ET Disclosure’ meme for their and other controllers benefit.”

“Whatever the real truth is actually out there, rest assured the Powers That Shouldn’t Be will do whatever it takes to make sure we are never allowed to learn it.

Instead we’ll get drip-fed a bunch of government lies, illusions, distortions, and half-truths as preprogramming for a sinister agenda.”

He concludes that disclosure initiatives under the auspices of the NWO-Illuminati “Powers That Be” will fall short of honest and full ET disclosure, being designed only to “preserve and enhance global and cosmic power of the Jesuit, Rockefeller and Trilateralists group.”

“The… public proximity of ET spacecraft to the White House, the seat of U.S. Executive power, is prima facie evidence that the ‘ET Disclosure’ movement is actually a scripted meme, directed by the Rockefeller interests and U.S. clandestine services for New World Order world government globalist power objectives.”
