‘Arrow’ Season 4 Spoilers: Cast Teases What’s Coming Up Next
Fans are waiting for the return of Arrow. The series is on a break for the summer, but the Season 3 finale changed things in a big way for Team Arrow. Oliver has driven off to Coast City with Felicity, and Diggle, Thea, and Laurel are left to take care of Starling City.
A previous Inquisitr report teased that Arrow Season 4 will deal with a new villain. Damien Darhk will play a big role in Season 4 of the series. The fact that Malcolm Merlyn is the new Ra’s Al Ghul also has an impact on the upcoming action.
Spoiler TV shared a new interview with members of the Arrow cast on Monday, and the cast did share a few teasers about the upcoming season. Season 4 will be a big season for John Diggle, according to David Ramsey.
Fans will see Diggle take on a new appearance when he is out fighting crime in the city. He did wear Oliver’s Arrow costume from time to time in the past, but he cannot do that anymore. He will have some type of outfit that offers “concealment and armor” during Arrow Season 4. He laughed off having his own superhero name, though.
Ramsey also teased that Diggle will deal with the big bad of Season 4 a lot. He did not say more than that, but he trusts the people in charge to do things right.
As for Stephen Amell, he did not say much about the new season. He did call Season 3 a transitional season for the series, and he hopes that fans will see more of a focus on Laurel as Black Canary and Thea as Speedy. Fans may see her grow into the Red Arrow in time.
The cast did mention a hope that everyone could help Thea and Roy next season. Roy, played by Colton Haynes, near the end of Arrow Season 3, isn’t left out. Thea did go after him, but he left her to go on the run.
Not much is known about the new season of Arrow right now. The cast is offering vague teasers at the moment. E! Online shared some other comments made by Stephen Amell about Season 4 that offered another tease recently.
“I know that we tend to follow a pretty typical timeline, so we’ll be months later. I don’t know anything. I just know that at the beginning of the season, like with all seasons, I will be running.”
