Axl Rose and Lana Del Rey: Music’s Newest Power Couple?

That seems to be the question of the day after the pair was spotted leaving the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood together Friday, fueling speculation that the two are more than musical colleagues.

While music’s rumored latest odd couple might be a head-scratcher to the average fan, Lana Del Rey aficionados know that the 25-year-old singer has been an avid fan of Axl Rose for years.

Del Rey, best known for her SNL “Video Games” performance on SNL, has long admired the Guns N’ Roses singer, and just last month, attended two back-to-back shows in L.A. to show her support and even recorded a song “Axl Rose Husband,” in which she exalted the 50-year-old.

“You’re my one king daddy, I’m your little queen,” she croons on the track.

TMZ reports that on Friday, the pair left with a female friend – Rose almost climbed into the backseat of the SUV with Del Rey before popping into the front seat, leaving Del Rey and the other woman in the back.

It’s important to note that the Axl-Lana sighting came just two weeks after Del Rey was romantically linked to Marilyn Manson after they were seen together in a hotel in Berlin, Germany.

As for Axl, the famous rose last dated model Stephanie Seymour, who starred in Guns n’ Roses video for “November Rain,” in the early 90s.
