Kate: First Appearance, Charlotte Baby Weight Both In The Past [Photos]
Kate made her first appearance since giving birth to Charlotte, and she looked amazing. The Duchess of Cambridge lost most, if not all, of the baby weight that she put on while pregnant with her second child, and showed off her svelte figure in a light blue Catherine Walker coat dress. According to Mail Online, Duchess Kate, her husband, Prince William, and their son, Prince George, took part in the Trooping of the Colour to mark the Queen’s official birthday.

This was officially Kate’s first public appearance since she was seen on the steps of St. Mary’s Hospital with baby Charlotte in May. She has been spending time with her new daughter at Amner Hall, staying out of the spotlight while she and Prince William adjust to life with two children.
All eyes may have been on Kate Middleton on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, but it was clear that Prince George stole the show (again). The toddler waved to the adoring crowd, and looked absolutely adorable (per usual) in a blue outfit with little socks and blue shoes.

Kate’s first appearance since having a baby was without Charlotte, which isn’t surprising. At 1.5 months, the little Princess had to sit (or sleep) this one out. While some may have been disappointed to not get another look at that perfect baby, others were more than happy to see more of Prince George. According to The Telegraph, George was a crowd-pleaser to say the least.
“Prince George may have had to play second fiddle to his new baby sister, Princess Charlotte, last week, when the first official photographs of the pair – taken by the Duchess of Cambridge – were released, but yesterday he was back [center] stage and loving every minute of it.”
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Prince William and Kate Middleton are preparing for their daughter’s christening, which will take place on July 5. The occasion will be held at St. Mary Magdalene Church at the Queen’s Sandringham estate. No word yet on who will be Charlotte’s godparents.
