‘Bones’ Finale Spoilers, Renewal News: What Can Fans Expect As Season 10 Ends?

Those with the show tease that it will feel like a series finale in many ways, rather than a season finale, which leaves viewers feeling quite anxious about what lies ahead. As TV Guide teases, Brennan and Booth will revisit the Pelant case when some remains fit that of Pelant’s typical style. As the team digs into a search for a possible copycat killer, Bones spoilers indicate that both Booth and Brennan, as well as Angela and Hodgins, are facing some big changes.
This Season 10 finale is titled “The Next in the Last,” and Hodgins and Angela contemplate their move to Paris. Booth and Brennan are considering moves too, as she may decide to leave the Jeffersonian and he may end up leaving the FBI.
TVLine shares a Bones spoiler sneak peek into the season finale. This is one grisly case the team is facing, and the connections to Pelant are quite clear. Cam insists that Pelant is absolutely dead, but it would certainly appear that either Pelant groomed someone to take over his work, or someone has gone to quite the effort to copy his style.

Executive producer Stephen Nathan teases that the team had a plan for this finale, but because they didn’t get a renewal before filming the episode, they changed course. Nathan says that because they were told that this episode might end up being a series finale, they wanted to put together something that would honor the commitment the fans have made to the show.
Nathan teases Bones spoilers that there will be a lot of reflecting on relationships in this episode and there will even be some tears as goodbyes are said. Luckily, however, the goodbyes aren’t necessarily permanent. Though the news did not come out until later than what many other shows experienced this spring, Fox has renewed Bones for Season 11.
After some significant challenges in Booth and Brennan’s relationship this season, the two are together and strong again. Nathan teases that the two will be stronger than ever when Season 11 kicks into gear, and fans can’t wait to see what comes next.
