Josh Duggar is moving with Anna Duggar as more news emerges about the 19 Kids And Counting reality TV star’s alleged child molestation, which his sisters Jessa and Jill Duggar said included themselves. The oldest son of Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar, along with his pregnant wife, is fleeing from a five-bedroom home in Maryland to a small house in Arkansas, reported the Daily Mail.

That rented home in Maryland – where Josh enjoyed life with 27-year-old, Anna, and their three children – is expensive, and with Duggar having left his prestigious job in Washington DC at the Family Research Council (FRC), moving near the other 19 Kids And Counting siblings and parents is seen as a way for Josh to attempt to figure out a comeback after staying in seclusion since the news broke. He currently is unemployed.

The reports that Josh molested five under-age girls, four of whom were his sisters, when he was 14-years-old, has made it challenging even for the Duggars’ many fans to defend. However, Michelle and Jim Bob as well as Jill and Jessa attempted to do so during interviews with Megyn Kelly of Fox News.

One person who has helped with scandals was there to assist Anna and Josh to move: Steve Neild, the popular bodyguard and reported sometime-boyfriend of Kate Gosselin, who starred on another of TLC’s shows, Kate & Jon Plus Eight and Kate Plus Eight. Steve is a friend of Josh’s.

As Josh and Anna find themselves hiding at the center of the 19 Kids And Counting storm, many are asking what she knew before he married her. As the Inquisitr reported, Anna Duggar was aware of exactly what had happened two years prior to Josh’s marriage proposal.

“I was surprised at his openness and humility and at the same time didn’t know why he was sharing it. For Josh, he wanted not just me but my parents to know who he really was – even very difficult past mistakes.”

And as a hint to her fans, Anna also posted a cryptic quote just before the scandal publicity became wide-spread.

For Josh and Anna Duggar’s children, the move may seem bewildering, reported Us Weekly.

The youngest, Marcus, is almost two years old, while Michael is 3 and Mackynzie is 5. They are expecting a second daughter.

Thus far, Josh has issued a formal statement about his actions but did not join his sisters and parents in any of the interviews.

“Twelve years ago, as a young teenager I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret,” he said in a statement on May 21. “I hurt others, including my family and close friends. I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation…I sought forgiveness from those I had wronged and asked Christ to forgive me and come into my life.”

In addition, Jessa spoke up to defend her brother on Megyn Kelly’s show.

“I do want to speak up in his defense against people who are calling him a child molester or a pedophile or a rapist, some people are saying,” she said. “I’m like, ‘That is so overboard and a lie really.’ I mean, people get mad at me for saying that, but I can say this because I was one of the victims.”
