Miley Poses: Pig Plus Naked Cyrus Help Miley’s Happy Hippie Foundation For LGBT And Homeless Youth [Video]
Miley Cyrus poses with pig? Yes, that’s the news that’s spreading across the world as Cyrus decided to bare her body and her love for her pet pig, Nora, by striking a pose for Paper magazine, reported the New York Daily News.
And while Kim Kardashian posed for the same publication in an attempt to break the Internet, Miley posed with her pig to highlight her Happy Hippie Foundation. It’s part of Paper magazine’s “Use Your Voice” Summer Music Issue.
In that issue, musicians such as Miley have the opportunity to share how and why they’re taking the power of their artistry to promote issues that are close to their hearts. And for Cyrus, the foundation that assists LGBT and homeless young people is her key cause, although she did appreciate the opportunity to pose with her pet pig rather than her assets.
Evidence of Miley’s success: Her Foundation’s Facebook page, which has received about 95,000 likes thus far.
“These last 2 weeks have been magical! But this is just the beginning not the end!” affirmed Miley on the page. “I can’t believe this was just a dream and now it’s a reality!!!! The Happy Hippie Foundation is official #HappyHippiePresents #BackyardSessions”
As the Inquistr reported, Cyrus posed not with a pig but with Ariana Grande for the foundation. Adorably dressed in onesies, the dynamic duo did a duet, “Don’t Dream It’s Over.”
Cyrus expressed her appreciation to Grande on Facebook.
“Soooooo thankful for Ariana Grande for being a part of the #backyardsessions!! You’re the sweetest little #happyhippie bear-mouse ever! Loooooove you The Happy Hippie Foundation #HappyHippiePresents #dontdreamitsover.”
The Happy Hippie Foundation began small when Miley took a homeless peer with her to the MTV Video Music Awards. But Cyrus hopes to have it spread across the world. And Miley is determined to do what it takes, from posing with pigs to singing with other musicians.
“We started a year ago with Jesse and we were focused on the homeless youth in L.A. and different support groups in San Francisco. Now, we’re going bigger and wanting to take on America. And by the end of it we’re going to be taking on the world.”
In addition to Ariana, Cyrus has done Backyard Sessions with other guest artists, reported Rolling Stone.
They’re taped in Miley’s backyard, and she recently teamed up with Laura Jane Grace for Against Me’s “True Trans Soul Rebel.”
In addition, Cyrus sang with Joan Jett, as well as the duo of Laura Jane and Joan.
As for Paper magazine, it predicted via Twitter that the issue will elate its readers.
“Our new summer music issue with Miley Cyrus will make you as happy as a pig in mud!” tweeted the publication.
